Awful. 2 cashiers only. Stock dreadful!!!.I know its covid but everywhere else us ok

Shocking Service ...phoned in to make some enquiries and had the phone put down on me without it even being answered...it rang and rang for ages then "call cancelled" on my mobile ....if the staff are busy then surely a quick answer to a client would be better than nothing !!!!

Absolutely packed with household goods. The Christmas sales have just ended, with many items 20% off. Very helpful staff. I know ten times more about tog and duvets than I did before I went shopping here.

Dunelm is my first choice shop for anything to do with the home. I am always happy with my purchases often returning for the same item to have a 'spare'. Wonderful cafe a must visit! Never disappointed, always up to date and a great place for home ideas.

Usual Dunhelm!. The food was very tasty but the tea was not so good. Maybe a the reason is H&S.

It's a pity they would only deliver half our order the other half I had to click and collect even though all my order was in stock

I have visited many of times over the years and have always turned to dunelm for my towels and bedding however I have never been pleased with the service.
The staff have on many occasions been rude or ungelpful and would stand around chatting rather than offering to help especially as a late shopper on many of occasions have I walked through the door to staff members standing by the entrance who won't acknowledge or make you feel welcome.
I belive the lack of service here has developed over time and has never been focused on as an issue. The last time I visited the manager was very rude to me when I asked for assistance and spoke to me as if I should know where stuff is and like it was obvious but had that been the case I wouldn't of been asking and the poor girl who was on the till training at the time had no support and we had to wait a long time for her to get help, and as previously stated I shop late so it was not busy and in my opinion no excuse.
I am very dissapointed to be seeing the leicester/thurmaston branch going the way it is and as a result I dont think I will be returning. I can avoid bad customer service online....

This store is a good alternative for quality products. The range is vast and wide and covers pretty much everything you can possibly want in a home!

The prices are moderate and they always have offers and sale items also from time to time.

This is the big one at Thurmaston, easy parking and a big overflow, lots of household stuff, i follow mrs Stilton around as I am baffled by some of the things in there, but when mrs S wanted her curtains hanging everything I needed was there and they make made to measure too. Cafe is good, nice place. Update 16th October p.m. Sitting in the cafe, enjoying a slice of Victoria sponge and a chocolate milk shake, only minutes to go before closing and the ladies served me without complaint, delicious milk shake and the cake was moist all the way through. Really good service.

Great place to shop and has loads of choices, price wise it's not the lowest priced but you know the saying you gets what you pay for sometimes a struggle to park for me as disabled but you can get in if not on an extremely busy day, ie weekends

Big store, clean & tidy. Fab product, I could buy the store but you'd need a heavy bank account to do so. Products are of good quality & most are pricey but u pay good money for quality.

Staff seemed a bit under pressure and stressed. Cafe covid safe.

Finding your way out on the first visit is a harder than it should be. Why have separate entrance and exits....annoying!

Like dunelms average price and drinks are lovely. Some good things for yr home.

Good alternate Ikea for non furniture shopping. Prices a tad higher but nearest Ikea is 45 minutes away north or south of Leicester.

It's big and overcrowded, there are lots of items all over the place making it difficult to navigate when busy. The nursery section didnt seem very big either. All in all a nice selection of goods if not a little crammed in.

Couldn't get half what I wanted, haberdashery section is so sparce now, barely worth having there. Waited so long to pay even tough there were plenty of staff behind the tills, only 2 people actually working

Friendly staff and a great range of linens helped me to make a good buy.

Poor stock management!! Tried to order one stock from this store, both online and store system showed stock available, there were none! Tried 2 weeks later, 5 weeks later, still system wasnt updated, resulted me wasting my time going back forward as customer assistant advised to come back few weeks later for new stock.

Very good range of home furnishings. Prices can be steep on very luxurious items but cheaper ones can also be found.

really poor service from Berni in Leicester! rude and abrupt! Sent a formal complaint to Dunelm but not heard back! This company isn't how it used to be!!

Wonderful home ware store. You can find lots of practical and visually appealing furniture, great if you're looking to revamp your space

Dunelm is my happy "go to" shop. I could spend hours in there (& often have!!) Ilove all the bedding they sell, their towels, their array of materials to choose from whether dress making, or sewing by hand, sewing by machine. . . . Creative paintings, ornaments, lighting , kitchen ware bathroom accessories & on & on & on. Then you can sit & have coffee with a cake or a sandwich whilst talking about how nice your house is going to look with all the purchases you've just acquired. . . . Heaven
