Wireless and signal free cafe. The assistant said "have a coffee and order from our online store". She forgot to mention the fact that no signals are available in the cafe for you to do that or to communicate with the outside world!

Love dunelm , I purchase a large rug unfortunately staff difficult to find, and didnt appear to know much about rug department, when I was served but very friendly and apologetic, cafe was spot on very clean and good service

I really like Dunelm. Lots of Xmas ideas around the store at reasonable prices. Fairy lights galore. Love the crockery and glassware (their own brand is excellent value) and who wouldn't like a teddy bear throw? They are soooo comfy and soft and come in a range of colours. And with matching cushions too...don't say I didn't warn you!

Regular user of click and collect and never a problem. Products always what description states.

This was just a passing visit, purely window shopping, but since I've got plans to renovate the house coming here always gives you ideas on what things could be done. In addition just a short wall away you will find tk max home sense with a variety of other home accessories that you might want to see

Reserved an item to collect in 3 hours. Didn't hear anything after the first email so went to store to be told it's out of stock and more stock will be in soon and I should call next time. The lady was really helpful and actually wanted to help but it's annoying that it's out of stock. Why not just put it's out of stock and no accept reservations?.

One-way system was annoying.
Cafe vouchers were great.

Took quite some time for a member of staff to come and assist us on the fabrics section.

Would try to avoid ever shopping here. Ordered some curtains by click and collect. Have to queue up at the checkout only to find order isn't ready, then have to queue up at the curtain department and then queue again to pay. Parking is awful too!

Welcomed as entered door, staff helpful, prices competitive, great choice of goods, cafe service was also nice. Very clean and tidy, easy to get round the store. Worth a visit

You can find anything you need. And the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Very good service, nice store, nice products. Used their 'Click & Collect' service today which was quick and efficient.

Tiny car park. Staff were friendly and helpful. Large store with quite a good selection of products. Not all items are available in store, some are home delivery only which is frustrating as cannot see the product until you have purchased it and had it delivered.
It's not the cheapest place to shop but overall it's ok

I love Dunelm for browsing, coffeeing and shopping. A lovely experience, so having a miserable older blond check us out today was a downer. People get some charisma!

Lovely things for the home bit confusing layout and can't always find staff to help

I now find Dunelms very expensive compared to other outlets. I now only buy the item i want and get out.

Check your receipts over charged on nearly everything purchased !!!

One lady Tracy, could not be more helpful when I needed help finding curtain pole that would be ok with curtains thay I'd found. Mere male struggling with matching. Thank you Tracy.

Love Dunhelm. Nice staff lovely products. Not great parking though if you go at a busy time.

Great place to shop for bedding and curtains. Very busy on a Sunday morning so be early for parking. McDonalds opposite for breakfast too.

Love this shop, even if its just to browse. The coffee shop staff are lovely, and there is always something in store that you find "and can't manage without".

Very bad service on fabric cut to order. Even after spoke to sales assistant when I found her said one lady in front wait next to table i would be after her. To which I did for her to procicde and serve others before myself. Terrible customer service.

Great shop and a great range but if not available in store then its a bit of a game as you can't order in and online is unreliable

Exellent coffee bar and good shopping area wide choice of goods and very helpfull staff.

Great store went for certain material I couldn't find but would visit for general items as big store with big choice just parking limited as busy

The cafe is great and my husband reckons best coffee latte in Leicester.

Some bargains to be had but other prices seemed inflated

Really let down by experience. Have been using Dunelm for years but staff are now irritable and lazy, deliberately unhelpful. May go back for the products are they are good quality but not a great shopping experience especially if you need help with something. Don't expect anyone to make the effort of going to the back to check if things are in stock, or keep the bedding shelves organised in any way

Preferred it when had a bigger range of material and haberdashery

Been into dunelm today to buy some curtains, but as usual they didn't have my size,they always run out of 66-72,had a browse around the shop at other goods and it's well stocked out,they stock a great variety of homeware,would recommend a trip!!

Store needs a rethink on its layout as isles are tight and a struggle to shop comfortabley

Disappointed as I called before I made the trip I was told curtains were at this site after making a huge trip from Birmingham I was told that the person who took he phone didn t look properly and just assumed the size was available.

This was very disappointing as I made it clear where I was traveling from.

The manager was apologetic and offered us 10% on anything purchased .

It was ok..didn't have what I wanted though,which was white chiffon fabric.

Can't really fault this store, lots of everything you need as well as great ideas for things you never thought of.
Helpful and patient staff who seem to enjoy what they do.
Only four stars as it's location out of the city centre is only convenient if you live nearby.
I would love to see them in the city centre.

Very large store with everything for the home including made to measure. Allow plenty of time.
