A larger Dunelm store with a good range friendly and helpful staff

A good selection of bedding with lots of information which is very useful in helping make the right choices . . The only downside is some of the aisles are quite narrow making it awkward to pass .

Yes positive experience. Covid friendly. All customers wearing masks. Some shelves were empty but to be expected. Overall good visit.

Some staff members are very rude and incompetent. Trying to argue that something wasn't in stock when I could physically pick up several of the item.

Had a look around and used the cafe today for lunch with my sister. Very friendly and helpful staff. The toasted sandwich we had was tasty and good value.

Very popular place love coming for shopping and a coffee with my wife and the gaffer in the van keeping watch

I love to have a good wander here. Unfortunately, if you're looking for something specific you have to find one of their longer serving staff members, the more casual staff aren't interested

Looks good and very inviting, but I was a bit underwhelmed. There seemed to be very little logic in the lay out of the store. I was quite surprised by relatively high prices. So much of the stock was similar to IKEA, but more expensive.

Great shop, has all your household needs... parking a little tight if you want to park outside the store. Aisles are a little close too especially if you have a trolley amd someone else does too.

Nice store however it doesn't have contactless payment!? Thats crazy??! Quite old-fashioned considering my corner shop even does contactless..

Poor service most times I've been, constant long queue at tills and confusion every time when picking up reserved items.

Decided now to give up on it as can't see any improvement in service.

Difficult to find what you're looking for, far too much produce cluttered into the shelves with little space to move around. I find it a very stressful shop

I like this skelp they have a big choice of things to the house I highly recommend. Free parking and, of course, much more other stores around. It's a bit busy on weekends

Want something for your home then this is the place to shop, you'll find everything of good quality and at prices most people will be able to afford.

Having new bed so decided to shop for new covers, sheets and pillows...very big shop and plenty to choose from..prices range from cheap to very expensive but lots to choose from...lots of choice and shop covers all household ranges.. bout some kitchen bits too...
