good quality household items. i love this store. It has so much variety and at great prices all under one roof.

Love it for home furnishings, purchased a fab mirror on our last visit and will be coming again for some bits for our living room.

Some of the items in-store cost more than I would normally pay but was surprised by the range of different item's they sell.

Very good quality of items pleasant and help full staff

Went into Dunelm today, was very pleasantly greeted and good to see we were logged in so they know how many are in-store. Directed straight to the sanitiser. All staff I saw were masked, although a few customers were doing the annoying mask below nose thing, which was let go. Clearly marked out for distancing throughout. Otherwise, it's a lovely and we'll stocked shop, very reasonable pricing, good selection of goods.

Great shop with plenty of homeware at very reasonable prices. The particular member of staff (Chris) who helped was an extremely polite, helpful and very friendly young man. He took time to help us choose our rug, gave good advice, carried it to the till and even offered to help carry it to the car! A total credit to the Store, what a lovely human being!

Some excellent products but still a lot of the same "tat" they havfe been selling for years. About time their buyers did some research and asked their customers what they would like to see.

The new store layout has improved access around the store.

Parking as usual always a big headache.

One the best places for general home decor and soft furnishings, has a good range of rugs and kitchenware too. Also sells fabric by the yard. Mid range not too expensive.

Bought gu10 colour changing lights from here. Unfortunately they were too big for my light fittings. The customer service and return process was second to none and the staff were very helpful.

Well stocked store & products well presented. Had all 5 items I went for. My first visit & found layout a touch confusing and, being Saturday, car parking not easy.

Dunhelms has always been a good place for bedding, towels and soft funishings but on this occasion I was meeting a new friend for the first time. I have intolerance to dairy so am often not catered for at catering establishments and I found out that my friend was following a gluten free diet. Thrilled to find out were were both catered for in the coffee shop. Nice atmosphere, we were able to while away a couple of hours having late breakfast, early lunch and 2 lots of tea and coffee. Soya milk and gluten free sandwiches. Both very happy customers and will be going again!

Very bright and chearful shopping experience. Prices were fair, with a lot of in store offer/reduced prices. Picked a busy time to go and couldn't park, so avoid Saturday afternoon's

Good place for home furniture and essentials bit not all comes at great quality

It's strange when asking a question in a full sentence and to received a response in a single word and a point. Lazy staff couldnt be bothered to speak properly, primitive baboon.

Excellent range and variety of household goods available. Well organised for opening during Covid 19 pandemic.

Staff always friendly and helpful. Found a rug we liked and an abundance of cushions.
Male assistant very good in rolling up the rug to take away. Nothing is any bother.
Rug looks magic at home. Well done Dunelm.
