Dunelm Mill Review

Good product choice and decent quality, you can get most homeware items for every room in the house. Bedding and curtains in pretty much every colour you'll need. Kitchen items have most brands. Usual has a good seasonal choice (especially around Christmas) It's joined to a host of other shops for convenience. The parking needs to be improved as always fighting for a space. Nice little cafe depends how busy it as to how good the service but you'll get some nice cakes and coffee.

Big store full of loads of things for the home. The lady that helped us with our order was extremely pleasant. Highly recommended.

Excellent range of items and some very reasonably priced. Staff were friendly and items well organised.

For the house , they have everything you want, a one stop shop .

Not happy they don't have bags for big stuff bag look like bin bag and charge 10 p

Can be pricey, sometimes the quality suffers if there are discounts but occasionally you can find products in their sale which are great.

Didn't like the layout, the flow of the store made me feel anxious

Massive place, good selection but the lighting in the place is like a frantic disco of flickering lights.

The shop is good with plenty of choice. BUT only one accessible parking bay for Blue badge holders!!! And it's standard size so you can't open car door fully only on the side that has pavement on it.
Should do better.

Very friendly helpful staff in the bed linen department, she helped me to find exactly what I needed.

It's great if you want something very specific for your home! There is a mixture of cheap/quality stuff but nothing is very cheap, even the tacky stuff. This store itself is a little run down but fine. I did ask one member of staff a question who acted as if I was an idiot which was annoying, we're not all DIY experts!

Good service but the range of furnishing fabrics is not as good as it used to be. Too many are PVC

Dunelm isn't an easy outing for a bloke. However, there is little doubt it is the 'go to place' for home interior design and fit out. It has everything one could need from bedding, lighting and curtains & blinds at a good price. Embrace the experience chaps !!

All u need for home is there but very messy shoppers shop like no one coming after them mess mess i wont blame this on staff they were all hands on but ppl should put things back were they picked it up from

Usual boring household things that the ladies seem to like to browse! Fellas, keep away! You have been warned! Nice cafe though..

Absolutely no queuing system for click and collect so ended up milling around and getting in the way of people trying to exit the shop. I do not recommend using for click and collect.

Lots of household goods. But it's like walking through a maze to get round the shop

Always love shopping here; always find something I forgot I needed. Some good offers regularly. The cafe is very reasonable and cream tea excellent! Staff very friendly too.

Dunelm was ok good place to go for shopping but only one problem is can't find car parking.

Went during the day and lots of parking available, got some good deals in the 50% off sale and there was no one in the queue for the till. All round good trip for once

Great selection of products from the lower range up to the high end range. Cafe if amazing too. Staff are alway really friendly. And food is really good there

Very busy in the sale not well organised but clearly very popular. Friendly staff helped a lot.

No staff, tried to get help for Cookware Shop for 20 mins to no avail, the young girl on checkout answered my question.
Material dept 40 mins of trying to get buy some felt, left on counter, which one sales person had done for me so someone knew I was waiting.
Considering I was walking around with two sticks also, took me enough trouble to get to the till where I complained and asked to speak to a manager......... , I would probably still be there waiting

Low stock levels and reduced choice of fabrics. The shop didn't appear crowded but the queue for the checkout was very long.

What's not to like?... Loads of great bedding, towels, just love towels, lamps look lovely, loads for the kitchen, though I couldn't find a kitchen timer I liked so had to come home with the only one I could find, so no choice. Knick knacks & Christmas gifts, heaven... Always spend too much!!
