They have everything a person would need for camping or canoeing.
It's nice to be able to try on some of those wonderful things you always see in their catalogs.
I own a Duluth Pack and I had it brought into the store for warranty service. They were very helpful and offered to fix it free of charge. I received my pack back in the mail so I didn't need to make the trip out there again! I would highly recommend this store!
They have a large variety of items and knowledgeable staff to help you.
Good clothing if you are willing to pay. Not to mention handbags and luggage items
Awesome store for anyone outdoorsy. Clothing and gear sold here though it is fairly expensive. Plus good music is playing everytime I stop in.
Nifty little shop with a good variety of outdoor gear and the packs they sell look very well made I wish I could have bought one!
If you re going outside, and you can t find what you need here, then I would stay inside. Awesome store great staff, wonderful location.

Duluth packs are spendy but if you want a pack that will out last your IRS tax bill then buy one of there Duluth packs.

Definitely a pricey store but I've enjoyed coming here. Nice collection of Patagonia, Prana, Toad and Co , keens, etc.
I don't understand how a canoe outfitting company can support the destruction of one of the best canoe areas in the world, especially when it's in their own backyard. Shop elsewhere and support the Boundary Waters.
I have been using Duluth packs for over 50 years. I stuck with this brand a long time. I asked them to patch one of my packs. They refused because it wasn't the Duluth pack brand. I live a long ways from here and I've been faithful but they also did a repair for me that failed before I could even get it out of the truck and leave on my trip. They fixed it for free and mailed it back to me but I had lost around $40 in a replacement pack rental. NOT the company that used to be.. I am seriously considering at this age of going with another brand.

Beautiful, quality products BUT I was charged $5 for a gift box to wrap my $300 purchase in. Really? You can't afford to give your CUSTOMER a box for free?
Great store but the acrid stench of industrial waste fills the store. Maybe papa Trump can help them out more and just dump the waste in the Boundary Waters instead.
It's everything is made in Duluth, yes the quality and workmanship is beyond the best, yes it'll make your outdoor experience that much better, but when the prices are what they are, we in the middle class can only gawk at all of the above. Like strolling through a Porsche dealership.
They took such good care of Dad it was just heartwarming.

I am so excited. I graduated with my doctorate and really wanted a unique high quality portfolio bag and right away thought of Duluth Pack. It comes with a lifetime warranty and I couldn't be happier. It was costly, but you do get what you pay for. I plan on this being the last one I every purchase.
My husband bought a backpack for me for our anniversary. He sent me a picture and I was very excited. He got a call a couple hours later saying that the last one had already sold and that due to slow system updates, it was no longer available. They did not offer to rectify the situation... explaining there was nothing they could do. Poor customer service. We will not be buying from them again.
Send in my 12 gauge bag to be repaired. $30.00. $8.00 to mail it in. Got it back, they missed an obvious seam on the front.

Yes, it's pricy, but the products are of amazing quality and will last a lifetime.
This is the place to go is you are in the market fot a canvas pack! They have a bunch of different styles to suite your needs. Plus many other intresting products. Definitely worth the trip to the store. You never know what you will walk out with!

Atrocious customer service! They refused to honor the sale price of an item THEY oversold and discontinued after I purchased it. Really calls into question the reputability of a so-called "lifetime guarantee" if they can't even honor their sales. Just lost a lifelong customer.
