Only used them once as an insurance inspector. However my Scooter broke down nearby and one on the mechanics tried to help me for free. It isn't a Mark they work on so would not take the job, but I was very happy they at least tried to help a Scotsman in distress

I went to their workshops to buy a can of oil for my ducati miultistrada 1260.
So I asked the receptionist for a can of oil, to my surprise, they took the bike from me immediately by adding oil, chain tension with adjustment, and tire pressure all for .... 0 !!! I left 20 minutes later with a smile.

We bought a Vespa 5 years ago and took it to the workshop in mid-December for a repair to the time and mileage adjustment knob. In the end, they gave us all the options in a transparent way and we were able to decide calmly. We were followed by Florent who was able to advise us and we were very well received. I had the opportunity to meet several members of the team and I recommend this workshop without hesitation!

My Monster 821 caused problems on our motorbike week (locking up on 4,000 tours). We were served quickly and competently by Laurent Lachkar on Tuesdays after Pentecost - although there was a real rush. Errors were quickly recognized and were efficiently rectified so that we could start humming again after 1.5 hours.

Perfect service from all teams. I highly recommend.

RIP OFF! Escroquerie!
Apart from an unacceptably arrogant attitude, they over charge big time for their servicing- check all prices for spares etc online and you'll see just how they rip you off- even compared to most other dealers. They invented things they said they needed to do, without checking first. Steer clear of this place and find somewhere else. I've also complained to Ducati head office about this.

These guys stepped in and rented me a great bike at a great rental price with a limited period until my Yamaha bike was repaired from a faultless accident, which will take weeks. Many thanks to these guys.

My Yamaha was badly hit from behind, leaving me without a bike for several weeks Yamaha, we are not prepared to offer a temporary replacement or even a rental bike. I was also insured by Yamaha. Indeed, Yamaha insurance has just left me with only the use of public transport to keep appointments and business appointments simply reserved for public transport at my hospital.

So thanks to these guys for helping me.

My visit to make an appointment with their after-sales service was very disappointing: receptionist rather casual, not very attentive, appointment finally fixed at 2 weeks because "not enough staff in the workshop," and finally he saw the maneuvers necessary to get my big scooter out of the reception area and it never occurred to him to help me.
If you can, go your way, there is nothing good to be expected of them if something goes wrong.

New owner of a used Ducati, I approach this dealer to check my bike and change 2 or 3 parts (I am therefore a potential future customer at that time). After a good first contact in the store section, the exchange is much more distant with the person who receives me at the workshop. Minimum service, they answer my questions without trying to provide me with a solution, not very commercial attitude, the impression that my motorcycle represents little interest (old model). Having the feeling of disturbing more than anything else I will go to another dealer, not necessarily specialized Ducati. Too bad for a motorcycle that was hitherto followed in this concession.

Mechanical workshop, we saw better ... Lack of real specialists. Besides, the last time the chain was tight ... And so on ...

I went there at first they didn't take me serious, after that i explained my main problem with my scooter and also asked for a check-up. At the end they charged me 200 and something euros and they didn't even fix what I went there for.
EDIT: Name Varela. to be more specific my biggest problem was the exhaust. at first i simply asked for a check-up because i couldn't accelerate without losing power and most important my exhaust. I explained that the police had taken my scooter's document and i needed to replace it to be able to get the document again. At the end they charged me for a simple oil check-up, fix the starting on button problem and new tire. Next day went there and asked why i was still losing power on acceleration and they just said i had to replace the exhaust.

Perfect support for a woman with little or no knowledge of mechanics. No surprises about billing.

Very good. I tried an Aprilia dorsoduro, a V4 and finally after testing the new Panigale V2 I got a great gift. Laurent and his son are super available and Fabien always listening. I love this store

I had a brake problem, I thought my pads were knocked out, during a 4 day weekend in Nice, so when I arrived late Saturday afternoon I called the Lachkar dealership. Their schedule was full but when I explained the situation to them they told me to come.
After having mounted the motorcycle on the bridge, he noticed that the pads were still good and therefore did not change them. They explained to me the possible reasons and in addition gave me the oil level and the tire pressure free of charge!
It's really nice to have to deal with dealers who really have a biker spirit (and moreover with a smile).
We are far from certain margoulins that we can cross at the bend of a distant weekend
I highly recommend.
