My visit to make an appointment with their after-sales service was very disappointing: receptionist rather casual, not very attentive, appointment finally fixed at 2 weeks because "not enough staff in the workshop," and finally he saw the maneuvers necessary to get my big scooter out of the reception area and it never occurred to him to help me.
If you can, go your way, there is nothing good to be expected of them if something goes wrong.
