His name is Fareed Zafar Khan, and I wrote with him potential, a 20 days ago I communicate to buy different items and He provided me with prompt and accurate information on everything I asked for quickly.
This meant that I had to buy things quickly. Because the information he sends me is accurate and supported by a photo.

Worst buying experience I think I've ever had. In total it took 7 weeks to arrive, even then I had to collect the item from empost. Paid delivery to collect it anyway.

Through the whole experience not one person called me, I must have called them 10+ times and got a different excuse each time.

I understand the current situation affects things, but bad customer service is not a thing you can blame on a virus. I would have been happy with a call explaining things but nothing came. Totally useless. Very efficient at taking payment though.

Response was quick and detailed. and the person is very well equipped with the correct knowledge.
however the time given for quotation sending is one hour and i didnt receive any response in time.. still have to remind and then i came to know that its just been assigned which according to me is way below professionalism.
