Worst buying experience I think I've ever had. In total it took 7 weeks to arrive, even then I had to collect the item from empost. Paid delivery to collect it anyway.

Through the whole experience not one person called me, I must have called them 10+ times and got a different excuse each time.

I understand the current situation affects things, but bad customer service is not a thing you can blame on a virus. I would have been happy with a call explaining things but nothing came. Totally useless. Very efficient at taking payment though.
