I inquired a product which they confirmed on stock.
I placed the order 3 weeks ago and paid cash. Till now the product not delivered and I don;t know when the order will be delivered. The sales team not responsive and not professional and they simply ignore the customer.
I'm not happy. I will not order anything from them again.

It was an amazing experience dealing with Adnan for purchasing the projector and Hafiz with the installation! They offered me best service at best price. Hafiz was extremely helpful and courteous and went out of way to help setup my speakers too with the projector. Am very pleased with Dubai Machines and will look forward to more purchases from them. Have already recommended to my office colleagues.

Terrible service, confirmed product availability only to deny their own words 2 days later after payment. Kept on delaying the delivery of items creating absurd reasons as to why. Very rude staff who asked me to take a refund when i asked to make a complaint about the late delivery. Did not leave the customer any option but to accept the a different product and wait 2 whole weeks for a product which was promised delivery in 2 days.

SUPERB CUSTOMER SUPPORT. ALL QUESTIONS WERE ANSWERED BEFORE EVEN ASKING. THAT IS QUICK, EFFECTIVE AND EFFICIENT SERVICE. I THINK IT SHOULD BE AVAILABLE IN ALL ONLY PLATFORMS.
