The customer service is quick to respond, and easy to speak with.

After sales service from the team at Dubai Machines is poor.

My experience has been ordering a product that I had to pay up front for, then deathly silence for over a month trying to obtain updates on delivery schedule. I do note that the consignment is still stuck in customs at the time of writing, but it has required me to regularly make contact to determine the location of my order. In my opinion this is not acceptable... So if you use the company just be aware of this.

Other users in the reviews have also made mention of this issue, I just thought it might have been an isolated issue - it appears not.

Had very good experience with Dubai machines. The smartboard was put up by Mr Hafiz . He did great job with great Patience and support from his other team member. They explained and answered all the questions in detail. A very good costumer service !!

Team as you know its been 6 week's after we placed the order I am still struggling to get the right ALR screen replaced after the wrong specification delivered! If I don't see corrective action before end of this week I will have no option but to officially submit a complaint in Dubai Economy Department!

I have been asking for a product for the last 4 days and there is NO response from them.I have called them,send mails,messages etc but their response is NIL. Even while buying a product if their attitude is like this then we can imagine their after sales service. When we call them they say that they will come back to you,but they never do that. Chat is saying that their sales will contact me BUT THEY NEVER.I have to literally beg them to ask someone to call. Even after confirming order they do not respond,I have to call them to see if they are processing the order,as there is NO TRACKING system.
Really not professional at all.

Sasha was not only kind and friendly throughout our conversation, but she set us up with possible demo opportunities that will hopefully help start a much larger business project at our school. We are hoping to replace all of our SMARTBOARDS with Promethean Activeboards, and Sasha created a pathway for us to collaborate with better technology in our classrooms. Thank you so much Sasha!!
