they said i will receive my item after one week .. and i received it after 3 weeks and every time i call they tell me tomorrow
and the item was coming from amazon us
i can easily just order it from amazon
if you dont have it in stock or you dont have a local supplier then you should just say i dont have it.... thats just a fraud

and 10 years old kid can tell that they have a fake reviews

I'm sorry to say that after an initially prompt response to our enquiry for the installation of a projector and screen, the service deteriorated dramatically. A litany of problems starting with installation days which were changed at the last minute, payment was required upfront prior to the equipment being installed made us nervous but we went ahead anyway. The installation team were ill equipped to handle the suspended ceiling installation even though this was specified clearly in the original request for quotation.

In order to complete the installation they required us to provide an extension cord (because they had underestimated the power cord length of the screen), and the wireless module they brought was incompatible with the projector that they supplied. Installation team damaged 2 ceiling tiles during installation, and committed to fixing the ceiling the same day or at the latest the next day. After chasing them via email to repair the ceiling and finish the installation, they turned up 3 days later, fitted the correct wireless module and left the room looking like a construction site with plaster and plastic lying everywhere. To make matters worse they also left no instruction manuals and didn't configure the wireless module, which we have now had to do ourselves by downloading the manuals form the NEC website.

Customer service from Dubai machines was contacted and have ignored our feedback, we followed up with their sales team 3 times with no response and was finally escalated to the director of marketing on 2nd June who promptly also continues to ignore our requests for an explanation/apology (all of my contact details were provided - office number, mobile numbers and email so there is no excuse). I cannot in good conscience recommend this organisation for any installation work, although the products they supply are from quality manufacturers.

We even advised them that we would prefer to discuss the situation prior to posting this review but to no avail. Very disappointing and completely avoidable situation made worse by a complete lack of ownership by the company, and its employee's.

Very Customer friendly and Good in assisting your needs..

I'm taking back my previous review. Mariam was responsive but the whole thing failed. She said somebody will email me in 30minutes, I got it after 7hours. I replied, no one reverted and after a couple of days, they were following up. Not recommended doing business with them.
