Terrible service, confirmed product availability o...

Terrible service, confirmed product availability only to deny their own words 2 days later after payment. Kept on delaying the delivery of items creating absurd reasons as to why. Very rude staff who asked me to take a refund when i asked to make a complaint about the late delivery. Did not leave the customer any option but to accept the a different product and wait 2 whole weeks for a product which was promised delivery in 2 days.
