My wife and I began looking at SUVs late summer 2014. No rush, and limited knowledge of the available "products". Sales associate Tim Shaw gave us plenty of options and looks at the Pelham store with no sales pressure what-so-ever. We decided to ponder the options.
Five Months later Tim again showed me available vehicles and spent time explaining variables in determining value of different options and conditions.
In short, I made the decision to purchase a Driver's Way vehicle with Tim's help and Tim's associates actually continued and finished the process before Christmas!
It was a positive experience purchasing our SUV thru Tim and Driver's Way.

I had a wonderful experience at Driver's Way. I had begun searching for a car online and made a great contact with Anthony who kept sending me updated emails based on my searches, and last week I found the car I wanted. I worked with Ashley on the phone and then Terrence Corprew met me at the dealership and worked magic to get me in my new-to-me car and out the door as quickly as possible. Everyone I met was personable and Terrence was very knowledgeable about the car I chose, and about how his company operates. He was able to answer all our questions, and I've got to say, I am certainly enjoying my car!!! Thanks everyone for making this the most pleasant car buying experiences I've ever had! Thanks Terrence for your great customer service and your wonderful attitude. We'll definitely recommend you and we'll be back when it's time for our next vehicle!

Bought our new to us 2013 Genesis a week ago. It wasn't what we went in looking for but our sales guy Grant Montgomery listened to what we wanted in a car and spent a lot of time showing us cars until we fell in love with the Genesis. Didnt buy a car. But that's ok, got a great trade in at a close competitors to Driver's Way.

My original post was rather scathing, as no one came out to help us. Their social media team contacted me and explained to me their policies. I was rather impressed by the professionalism and just downright friendliness of the staff. Turns out they let you wander the lot until you see something you like or until you ask for help.

No pressure. So my apologies for the bad review and I hope this helps. Definitely will look there for next car.

I was in the market for a '12 Acura TL AWD. I was referred to Carmax, of which had great service and knowledgeable staff. Alas, they did not have the AWD drive train avaliable without shipping and I needed a vehicle soon. That's where Drivers Way stepped up. They had a great vehicle that exceeded my initial qualifications. Heather was great and helped get everything together. She worked with management to get specific financing I wanted and all! I am very pleased wth the vehicle and service provided! Other staff helped on subsequent paperwork, however I can not recall their names.

I've bought 4 cars from Driver's Way previous to my latest, at 2013 Honda Accord. I've had good experiences almost every time - high quality cars at fair prices, excellent service, zero sales pressure, knowledgeable staff that are anxious to please. My latest salesperson, Ruby Jester, was extremely friendly and accommodating. I've yet to buy a lemon from them or a car that was less than promised.

A small side note; about 4 years ago a Driver's Way salesperson turned me off - badly. I won't bore you with the details, but I decided not to buy the car I was looking at then and bought elsewhere. I informed the Driver's Way management and they promised to make it right if I ever bought from them again. Well, I decided to give them one more try, and they lived up to their promise. The former salesperson had been fired and they were extremely accommodating this time.

Was able to speak with Terence over the phone about a vehicle I was interested in, as I was going to be driving from Georgia to the Pelham location. When my wife and I arrived on Saturday, the vehicle was out front and ready to go for a test drive. He and the Driver's Way staff even allowed us to have a few days to get it to a mechanic we trust in ATL to look the vehicle over, to make sure we were completely satisfied before finalizing the sale. One of the best dealer experiences I've had!

I have been looking for a certain vehicle for several months when I received an online alert that a car matching what I wanted was at Driver's way in Pelham about an hour from my home. I called late in the afternoonon Tuesday. I filled out a credit app and entered my trade-in vehicle info online also. Within 15 minutes I received a call from a very nice young lady who answered all of my questions. I asked if the deal on the car could be handled quickly as I had a very important meeting in another state the next day. This same person called back after everything was cleared and told me to come Wednesday to complete the paperwork. Everything was ready when I arrived! They inspected my trade-in, secured a very low interest rate for me and the trade-in was very generous and right where I expected it to be.
I was able to complete the paperwork and leave in time for the meeting; (where I was able to make $$ to pay for the car). A great staff, very friendly and warm. No games or behind the door hidden fees or price problems. It was easy and even a bit fun! Thanks to Jesie and Ryan! : )

I will use Drivers Way for my service from here on out. Every time I call and visit, I get a no hassle experience, and no crazy up selling attempts.

I purchased my Lexus LS460 from here and while not cheap to work on, they are reasonable and quick,and most importantly know what they are doing.

Recently I dropped off my car to them for alternator-battery test recently and when I dropped it off, I had clips under the hood I have had missing for weeks. They fixed everything and replaced the clips to my surprise. While it was purely cosmetic, they did not have to do it, they just did. Which means a lot. I am a guy that notices the little details and I really appreciated the gesture and extra effort to make it look good. I also get transportation if needed and do the great experience with the Service Department, I will buy my next car from here.

I had another experience with a Pelham shop that specializes in Honda-Lexus Toyota repairs and they constantly tried to up sell services not recommended yet by the manufacturer or not recommended at all. They also broke a $45 part and refused to fix it (See my Google reviews) so I take all our vehicles now to Drivers Way.

So if you are looking for another vehicle, shop here first and do not hesitate to use their service department as their prices are fair and the staff is always in a good mood and help out 110%

Chad Donaldson helped us out tremendously last week when we came in to purchase a car. We knew the basics of what we were looking for, and he pulled out the two cars for us to test drive. He was very patient as we had to leave in the middle to take our son to a baseball tournament. We had told him we would be back as soon as we could. He made sure he was there when we came back and helped us find our car. He went over every detail in full to make sure we understood each aspect of the paperwork. We enjoyed working with him. And the Drivers Way management was great in their service department to help us finalize and clean up the small details. We will definitely come back and would recommend this to anyone.

The easiest car buying experience ever! Zero haggling. They aren't like the other dealers that try to put you in a car that you don't want or play the numbers game. They help you get what you want under the best terms that your credit will get you. They only send your finance application to 2 or 3 companies that will give you the best terms based off of your credit report. If you go there, I HIGHLY recommend Grant! He made the whole experience super pleasant, stress free, and easy.

Some times you have that feeling that buying a car is akin to getting a root canal. You know it must be done, but you really hate to do it. Well not here at Driver's Way, and not with Matt Veitch. We've been return customers starting back when it was Drivers Mart. The selection and value is without parallel, and Matt is hands-down the best salesman we've ever had here. He doesn't act like the typical sales person, he is more of a cross between Google and Radar O'Reilly. He is quick to answer any questions and show you the product/price/differences/similarities.

I have heard nothing but great things about Driver s Way throughout the years from friends. I needed a vehicle ASAP and upon speaking with my banker, he stated that it was the best and most honest place around. My girlfriend further pointed me that way based on her buying experience. Upon arrival, I made contact with Brant Langford, who instead of trying to sell me something I didn t need, truly listened to me and within a short time, had me looking at a low-mileage Hyundai Tucson within my price range. I was able to also get a three-year warranty which takes the stress away from dealing with a major break-down. The purchasing ran very smooth and by the next day, I was in my new vehicle. The business model of Driver s Way with no haggling, no one trying to sell you overpriced floor mats, or salesman jumping over one another to grab a sale is exactly what all vehicle dealers should be like. Bought a car, gave them $20K check (loan from my bank) and paid the rest with a card. Couple of weeks later I get a phone call from the sales man: "We lost your check. Possibly it was accidently shredded. Please provide me with your banker's info. Since it's a long drive for you, someone would meet you halfway to get a new check from you. Also, we would give you a full tank of gas and free car wash for your trouble". I provided him with my banker's info. Few days later I started getting phone calls from accounting department. I was told by my banker that it takes a few hours to reissue the check for that specific loan. Obviously, I can't just take off from work and spend half of day at the bank. The next time someone called me, I could not answer, because I was at work - in operating room. Immediately I get a text message: "Doug. Driver's Way general manager. Need to get another check for $20000. Or Hyundai returned. Thanks. You can have bank call me if you want." I asked to stop harassing me and contact the bank. All he said "Need a contact at bank". I provided the sales man with the contact THE FIRST TIME he called me. At that point I was just wondering if they had lost the banker's info as well...otherwise they could have already contacted him. It was an hour drive for me there and back and I did end up spending a few hours at the bank to get a new check. Never heard back from Driver's Way, never got that full tank of gas either. Exceptional customers service!

Bought a Lexus Hybrid after test driving almost every hybrid they had on lot and taking weeks to decide. Marshall was so patient and helpful as we made our decision. We were never pressured but always had great communication. Thankful we were able to trade in our old car as well! Great experience buying our first new-to-us car.

I would like to send a Huge Thank You to Ryan Lynn at Driver s Way!!!! I found a GMC Yukon on cargurus website and I called the dealership to see if it was still available and to let them know that I was driving from Montgomery to Pelham to check it out. When I called Ryan told me everything about the truck over the phone while I was on my way and when we got there he already had the truck pulled up front waiting on me so we didn t have to walk all over the parking lot just to get to the vehicle. After I told him the price range that I was trying to stay in as far as the monthly payments he told me that he was going to reach out to different lenders to see who would give me the best rate and he did just that I am so happy with my monthly payments!!!! Before I stopped by Driver s Way I had plans to go and check out 2 more GMC Yukon s in the area but my experience with Ryan was so easy going and great that there was no need to go and look at any more trucks. We completed all of the paperwork and I drove back to Montgomery the same day. No hassle at all and he had a great attitude. If anyone is looking to purchase a vehicle I will definitely advise them to go to Driver s Way and ask for Ryan Lynn because he was able to answer every question I had about the vehicle and he was scheduled to get off work at a certain time but he didn t have a problem staying late to ensure that we were taken care of. Last but not least I was sooooo glad that he was not like most car sales people ..he was not trying to pressure me into buying the truck he was just trying to make sure that he answered any questions that I had and that I get exactly what I want. Whenever I get ready to buy another vehicle I will definitely drive from Montgomery back to Pelham to do business with Ryan because it was worth the trip! Best car buying experience I ve ever had. No haggle price is the only way to go - fair trade in. Happy for these guys to make money because all of my expectations were met - didn t feel pressured to buy, hurry up, etc., at any step along the way. Test driving was a breeze - from filtering through the inventory to having the cars I test drove pulled around, and never once felt I was being sold, but rather, educated and informed. We all LOVE buying things and HATE being sold things. Chad helped me WANT to buy the car I did. I wasn t even in the market for a car (I was there to help my wife pick out a ride for herself). Would highly recommend Driver s Way and Chad.

Also, very high regard for Grant who engaged with us during the sales process. Both guys were very informed on inventory, car info and high EQ.

Two items came up during sales process that Chad and management had to work through (spare key fob had a missing back and warranty that I purchased wasn t approved for the vehicle I bought). Both items were handled without me even knowing they were potential issues. Chad and management made them happen knowing that was what I would have wanted.

This is the third time I have bought a car from drivers way and we had another great experience. Chris Griffitts immediately approached me when I walked in, asked me a few questions about what I was looking for, pointed me in the right direction, then backed off until I was ready to test drive. Their process is great too. They help you get the best interest rate by not forcing you in to financing through them like some other places (cough cough Carmax). I will be back (hopefully not for another 5 years or so though)!

We have bought three cars from Drivers Way over the past few years. The experience has always been very pleasant. Most recently we worked with Grant Montgomery to purchase our third Honda CRV from Drivers Way. He was very professional and made the buying experience a breeze. They go above and beyond with their service. While we were looking the the CRV Grant advised that the floor mats had been misplaced and they would be buying new ones from Honda. The next day Grant called me to say the new mats had arrived, and they had located the original mats. He said you now have two sets of mats. That to me was amazing. Instead of giving me the original mats and sending the new ones back they gave me both sets. We have a 2002 CRV being driven by my youngest daughter and when it's time to replace it we will no doubt be heading back to Drivers Way.
