My Mom was looking for a "new to her" car. Howard "Howie" Bell was our Product Specialist. He explained the sales process to us and the no haggle price policy. He listened to what she was looking for in a car. At first he was concerned that he would not have something in her budget. But we went through the list and found a great great car. A car that met her needs. She was very excited. Howie did a great job with the process. And my Mom walked away happy! I have purchased plenty of vehicles. This was by far the most satisfying car purchase.
