we had our office Christmas party at Drexelbrook last week. The food and service were top notch as they are every year. The facility is impressive and well maintained. I attend many corporate events each year at many different venues, and i believe Drexelbrook is one of the best in the region.
I run several events every year. We decided to have my son's wedding at the Drexelbrook for some 360 guests. I have never in my life experienced such class and organization. The staff could not do enough for every single person there. The food came out at the same time for all of our guests. Nothing was cold. Every dish was cooked to perfection. I never write reviews but I could not let this go without saying. If you choose the Drexelbrook, your day will be PERFECT and you will not have to worry about a thing! JUST ENJOY!!!!
What I would be able to say about this wonderful venue food is excellent the service is superb. Professional, yet friendly...Coordinator made our event I would say hassel free, we were aloud to meet all staff before going forward which put aside any nervousness we might of had...

I have been coordinating weddings for 15 years and this is the best renovation and experience around. Now that the Holiday Inn is attached having all the events in one place is much easier. The bridal suites are amazing. The cocktail hour was superb. The only thing I can objectively say is entrees were ok. Fish was bland, filet was well done for be but rare for others. But the overall experience is still worthy of a 5, next time I'll just eat more appetizers.
There service was excellent. Our event was for 700 people and there were no problems. I personally worked with the staff without any problems and they were extremely accommodating. The honorees & their family were pleased. The Drexelbrook is the venue to use!

Everything was great until the dinner came out. We ordered GRILLED chicken, keep in mind this was a private event and they knew how many people were going to be there. Half of the people who ordered grilled chicken were substituted only TWO chicken fingers with an odd cheese melted over top and stuffed on top of mashed potatoes. The chicken fingers were soggy and hard to eat. Service was good but the food blew it for me.
Went for a work event. Enjoyed the service and the food. Especially those crab cakes!!!
Last Sunday,5/5/2019, we hosted an anniversary party to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. My husband and I couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome. Our event planner was Anthony D'Angelo, and the floor manager for the party was Emily. They were professional but treated us with the kind of attention you would expect from a family member or close friend. We chose to have a brunch. The offerings for the brunch encompassed a wide array of breakfast foods that were really delicious. Our guests were delighted with the offerings. The catering staff couldn't have been more attentive and Anthony came to check to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. We were completely satisfied with the detail that was provided to make every aspect of our party a huge success. We're still receiving calls & notes extolling the wonderful affair. We'd highly recommend Drexelbrook as a venue to anyone considering hosting an affair!
The staff it's extremely professional and accommodating. I've been here for Christmas parties, weddings, and birthday parties. Each occasion felt different and special. There was always something different. The food is ok. It's nice that the menu changes through the year.

I never thought planning a wedding could be so simple. My point of contact was Christina Lyle from the time I reached out for a visit and she had never left my side. My wife and I toured the newly renovated facility and fell in love. We found the perfect ballroom to accommodate our small wedding and decided this was the place. Christina gave us a copy of vendors in every area to help ease our day, though we had already found many of our own which DrexelBrook was able to accommodate. Our tasting was so amazing you would have thought it was the wedding day! Fast forward to the day of the wedding.... we stayed at the beautiful Holiday Inn which was brand new and on the property. Everything was ready for us and we didn t have to worry about a thing. A very beautiful day! Thank you so much!
Entitled guests who want everything handed to them, sarcastic staff including the chefs (Chef will). Managers treat staff horribly (verbally abusive), needs to be knocked down a peg but part of delco history so can't be taken down.

Angel was very good with all correspondence and great to work with. The restrooms were clean and attractive as well as the lobby. The visual sound team would have liked more time to set up. The lettuce on the salad was skimpy, I didn't care for the dressing. I like Evoo with citrus. The chicken was tender, but I expected more flavor. The rice was bland. It had no butter or chicken stock. Dessert was tastey. The room suited our needs well. Everyone had a good time
2 people at my table were not served 10 to 15 min after the others. I asked a waiter to bring them their meals. Table 5.
Drexelbrook has been catering our family Christmas dinner for many years. The food is always great and servers are excellent. They treat our home as their own and always leave it sparkling clean!

I am writing to let you know that our family was so very highly pleased with the Drexelbrook Catering & Special Events Center on May 19, 2019, when we held a bridal shower in The Belmont Room.
From the beginning, Angel Gallo was friendly and accommodating. She answered our phone calls and emails promptly and always had the answers we sought. Her suggestions were a help too, and although Angel certainly plans events daily, we felt that she truly wanted our bridal shower to be special.
Next, was your security guard, whom I believe was Fred. His welcoming greeting set a pleasant tone for the rest of our day. Several of our guests were impressed with him and told us so.
The other standout individual at our bridal shower was Diamond. We arrived about 15 minutes ahead of schedule, but he was ready for us the moment we stepped out of our vehicle. As you know, event setup can be a bit chaotic, but Diamond anticipated every detail, so we all remained calm, cool, and collected. However, it was Diamond s amiable disposition and competence that really shone, to the point that, as with Fred, quite a few of our guests commented on it.
Lastly, our two female waitstaff, whose names I unfortunately do not know, provided impeccable service from start to finish.
My family and I thought that you should be aware of the great job that your staff is doing to not only make events memorable, but to cause us to look to return to The Drexelbrook for future family occasions. It would be wonderful if you would let Angel, Fred, Diamond and our two waitstaff know that they were very appreciated.

We had our wedding at Drexelbrook in the south/central ballroom a few weeks ago, and what an incredible day it was! Rain, terrible heat, and high humidity could not stop us from having a beautiful day, largely in part to Drexelbrook.
From the moment we first met with Drexelbrook, they were so flexible and easy to work with. They listened to the vision I had and made it happen, better than I ever could. I'm still receiving compliments on the beauty of the ballroom and the deliciousness of the food. So many people have told me the apps were the best they've ever tasted.
Kim Savino was our contact person throughout the entire process and does her job with perfection. What a wonderful asset to the company. The day was better than we could have ever imagined. Wish we could do it all over again!

We used Drexelbrook for all of my husbands work events and for personal events at our home. They are AMAZING! Food is and menus are phenomenal. Service and staff are top notch. Attention to detail from start to finish are great. Can't say enough about them. Great for small to very large events.
A fine place, sure to accomodate any special event from weddings to business meetings. A clean facility and great catered food options. The ball room chandeliers are beautiful and the outside patios are beautifully designed. Cheers!
Our Drexelbrook reception was more than we had ever hoped for. Everyone we met gave us the highest customer service that we ever experienced. All of my life I dreamed of an elegant wedding, well the Drexelbrook made that dream come true and then some! If you have a vision for your wedding day bring it to the Drexelboook and they will make it happen. Our day was everything we ever wanted and the Drexelbrook was more amazing then we ever imagined. We would chose the Drexelbrook over and over again. Christine, our coordinator was knowledgeable and made our wedding personal and elegant and Ray our Maitre 'd thought of everything and met our every need.

I held my wife 40th birthday there on 01/29/17. The food and room were outstanding. The staff could not have been more attentive or friendly. They are well trained and it shows. They are the best!

I was so lucky that someone recommended Drexelbrook to me!! My wedding day was perfect and everyone at Drexelbrook went above and beyond to make it that way. All of my guests said the service was outstanding and they've never had better wedding food, than what we had at Drexelbrook. We even had one dedicated employee, Diamond, just taking care of the bridal party, which was so helpful! My husband and I, and my bridal party, never had to go up to the bar, Diamond always brought us our drinks and made sure everything was perfect. They did an amazing job setting up the space for our wedding and it was better than I could have ever imagined! Thank you SO much Drexelbrook for making my wedding day so much fun and absolutely perfect!!
Beautiful venue with staff that appeared to have been there for a while and knew the ropes. Everyone was young but really appeared to be trying their hardest. Would definitely go to an event here.
The Maxwell Football Club has been hosting our Pennsylvania Awards Dinner at Drexelbrook for the past 11 years and the relationship we have with the Drexelbrook staff is exceptional. From top to bottom they handle things with great care and in a professional manner. Our guests continually rave about the event, venue and food. Drexelbrook helps us make our High School Awards event the best anywhere!
Attended the Best of Mainline couple times and the venue continues to amuse me with their services from valet parking to wait staff. The facility is well maintained and cleaned. They are well organized and know how to handle large number of guests.
My wife and I recently had Drexelbrook cater our makeshift backyard Wedding and we couldn't have enough great things to say about our experience with them! We originally had hired them for our Rehearsal Dinner but when we had to change our Wedding plan on the fly due to Covid, we reached out and asked if they could do the small backyard wedding instead. They could not have been more flexible and willing to work with us! Their food was amazing and all our guests couldn't stop raving about it. We highly recommend the beef tenderloin and penne pasta! It was such a pleasure to work with Kim, Bill and staff. They were all so friendly, helpful, and took the proper guidelines during the pandemic to make everyone feel safe and right at home all day! A staff member was assigned to get anything my bride and I needed the entire time which we loved. All in all, we had a 5 star experience from start to finish with Drexelbook and highly recommend them to anyone looking for an event catering! We will definitely be using them again in the future!
Nice place but as I was there for a graduation so I don't have first-hand experience but looks like a nice place for a big wedding reception.

Courteous staff, great food and service at a reasonable price for any occasion that needs catering. They have catered our large family Christmas party for the past 5 years and have never been a disappointment
They upscaled their facility and raised the prices I guess to pay for their upcoming holiday inn hotel but come on with the prices!
On September 11, 2020 my car was involved in a hit and run with myself and my daughter. The man fled the scene through the Holiday Inn and Drexel Brook Catering. I called multiple times, and also went up to speak with someone about looking at the tapes to get the license plate number. Not one person has called me back yet, and every time I call, I feel like I m being laughed at. Did someone have to die for you guys to get back to me? Because of this situation, I would have to say I don t recommend both of these places. I feel like no one is willing to help. What is it was you that it happened to? What if it was your wife and kids that it happened to? If they can t even call me back about this, why would I think anyone at this place has values? What if it was your family members Would you care then?!

From the moment the reunion committee decided that we would use Drexelbrook caterers for our 40th class reunion. The staff were the most professional group of people I have ever met. The facility is beautiful, the food was excellent. They cater to every need and request that we put before them. Our classmates are still raving about how beautiful of event they put together. I would recommend Drexelbrook Catering for any event you might be planning small or big.

We recently had my wife s 50th birthday celebration at Drexelbrook! The entire experience was AMAZING! Our contact was Angel who did such an amazing job from beginning to end. Her communications were on point. She answered all questions very timely and followed up to make sure everything was on track to deliver the BEST experience.
On the day of our event, the entire staff were pleasant and very attentive to our guests. We have received so many kudos and compliments on the great service. Definitely recommend them for any upcoming events.

Our wedding was held at the Drexelbrook during the pandemic. We had to cancel our original wedding plans multiple times and the Drexelbrook came to our rescue! They were extremely accommodating and managed to plan our event within one month! Our reception was outside on their beautiful patio, with elegant high peak tents. Our guests were extremely comfortable and felt safe with all of the safety precautions. The tables were spaced out, there was plenty of dancing room for social distancing, and the staff and guests wore masks. It was a wonderful night. The Drexelbrook staff was phenomenal, the food was delicious, and the venue was gorgeous. We couldn't have been happier!

Invited there, with others, to a 70th B.D. Appreciation dinner. A bit expensive, but we'll worth it. The food and caterers were excellent.
