The "lifeguards" they have at the preserves at windglass are miserable little teenagers who have no personality and cant clean a kiddie pool. I cant wait till our hoa contract is over with them.

Love this company. I would definatly come back next year
great company to work for! Will come back next year!
Lovely team; I cook for them at Green Spring Valley Club. They love my food, and I love them.
My experiences with the DRD team, a bunch of lazy self entitled young adults.
One young man I believe who is a supervisor bosses the other female guards around while laying back an not doing much himself.
One young lady is absolutely adorable and a great lifeguard, however at times she is found sleeping on the job. Her sister also works with the DRD team who she bosses around to do things for her.
Hannah with the cute glasses and Evan are the hardest workers.
Overall team is still good. Yet they do not seem dedicated except Hannah and Evan.
Sincerely, King Of Atlantis
They act like they treat you fair but the supervisors are not the best
Good people good company. Just a little un organize
Good place for teens and college students as well as young adults.
This company is the worst. They are in charge of Monmouth Meadows Community Pool. The lifeguards frequently stay in their room in the clubhouse rather than guarding the pool. I even took photos of their lack of lifeguarding of the pool while people were swimmimg. The management frequently comes around at the hottest and busiest times of the day and kicks everyone out of the pool to conduct lifeguard training exercises. Why are these training sessions done in the middle of hot summer days when the majority of people are at the pool? Seems ridiculous. But even with all these training exercises their lifeguards still fail to follow the rules of how to guard the pool properly. In reading other comments I think their lifeguarding is questionable at other locations as well.
Friendly and professional management with approachable and responsible guards. Have had DRD at our local pool for many months and have met many of their staff. They are great people and we feel safe with their supervision.
One of the lifeguards, his name was Andrew or something, was manning the grills one day. I ordered a hot dog, a corn on the cob, and a soft pretzel for me and my family. He struggled to complete this order, and my food was hardly even cooked. Untrained staff manning the grill, which could sicken the pool goers? Bad idea, this lad didn't even look old enough to work, maybe 11 or 12 years old. Shame such a nice pool was tainted by spotty workmanship.
