My experience with receiving mail is that they get behind the facts and don't check what they write and whether it is correct. Example: I moved from the Godsacker in Franeker after the sale of the house to Schalsum. Registered on the transfer date, a month later I received a letter, Schalsum house empty, uninhabited, what will happen with that ...
If the employee had checked this briefly, the time spent on the letter received on this would be unnecessary, and he / she would have been better off spending that time on more useful labor, which would cost the officials far too much money.
Because I will certainly not be the only one to experience this. Then on April 28 but called, about this., Civil affairs responsible for my registration on 01-04-2020, also responsible for the letter vacant property, where I live, so people know nothing, clincher then it crossed each other, this took than 28 days. ? If even the police officers indicate what kind of soup it is ... then that says enough I think.
Approve illegal activities afterwards because things are not in order and have no appetite for enforcement and in this way play citizens / neighbors against each other until the situation becomes untenable. Downright scandalous !!
A so-called independent hearing, (consisting of a group of people chosen from other municipalities, by the municipality itself ... How this can be called independent is a mystery to me, since municipal employees from the neighborhood really know each other. the municipality in question was simply NOT heard. (The chairwoman shouted to our lawyer just not 'just shut up' ala Rutte ..) What is the point of a hearing then?
In my opinion, people have lost sight of objectivity and have completely forgotten that they work for the citizens and not for themselves.

I will drive 30 km and 30 km back for a driving license. Nowhere a counter especially for documents in the neighborhood. I lost the whole morning and then the same again in 5 days. Then I come to 120 km !!! Gasoline and time. Such a shame!

Today (11-02-20) called the municipality of Franeker
About a problem! I can no longer safely reach my home via municipal ground (cycle path) with my mobility scooter!
But not by a female official! taken seriously.
The phone connection (their side) is disconnected for no reason, and admiration (58 years of age and needy) has to figure it out for themselves!
and the case / problem has not been settled ..
This is how the municipality of Franeker treats its inhabitants .. shame! Municipality of Waadhoeke shame!
PS. Johan Vonk
"Beheerder Wegen" reports that it is a matter for Woningbouw Accolade .. And so another case has been settled with pointing to someone else.
Welcome to Franeker

Remains a place where you go because you have to. Also remains the display of waste of money within our municipality. Both building and interior are over the top while you have to park the car in the gravel bin.
