I'm trying to reach a specific person at this company, but the telephone system is so bad they can not connect you. My suggestion would be to spend a little money and have a human being answer your phone. The world is so impersonal as it is, you don't need to add to the frustration. If you cared about your customers you would answer your phone. VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
