Good people but it is a nightmare to back a 53 foot trailer into their dock.
Disney pictures are awful, some are so dark you cant tell who is in the picture. Paid $170.00 for garbage, the color is so off we where standing in front of a bright red curtain when we got our items the curtain is dull brown, looks nothing like the pictures online. Don't use this company!!! You will regret it So Still waiting its be 3 weeks they have not honored there promise
I never received my order been calling EZ Print customer service number for 2 weeks and sent emails with no response. I left voicemails no response and waited on hold a dozen time only to get a voicemail after being on hold for more than 5 mins each call it states they are busy helping other customers to leave a voicemail. Never again will I use this company and I m calling my credit card company to get a refund. I ve held on long enough at this I don t think I ll ever get any customer service from this company Disney should be ashamed to be partnered with this company.
My poster order shows up completely damaged and crinkled. I have been emailing and calling customer service constantly and no one answers.

Ordered a card that was sent to the wrong address. Emailed EZ Prints customer service twice with no response. Called their customer service line and was on hold for over 5 minutes. Either this company has no human beings working for them or the company simply does not prioritize much "service" of any kind. Definitely never using EZ Prints again.

So just last night I ordered some prints from this place, over 50 8x10s and it was meant to be a 30% discount. When I applied the discount it went through, but when I actually submitted the order after filling in my shipping details it had gone just past midnight and I only knew the discount had been revoked when I saw the email confirmation.
I asked if I could have the discount anyway, failing that if they would please just cancel my order. I sent the email after midnight here in GA so its not like they didn't get a chance to read it.
They sent me an email - *15 minuets* after sending me a shipping email, telling me I couldn't have either and it was too late because my order had been processed.
Information on the website is inaccurate regarding processing and shipping time. I was only told my order would take 3 times as long as mentioned on the website after I called. Horrible experience.
This place is a complete scam. I ordered prints on 12/13 and paid extra to have them delivered within 7 days for a birthday gift on 12/20 but never received. I figured I d use for a Christmas gift instead but the 25th came and went and still nothing. I have called and never spoke to anyone. I ve left voicemails that weren t returned and numerous emails that weren t acknowledged or replied to. This is the first and last time I will use this company. Stay away if you value your time, money and sanity. At this point I just want a refund. I'm calling my credit card company to attempt to get the charge refunded since it's impossible to get anyone on the phone. Crooks!!!

I ordered through them through TargetPhotos. My photos were meant to be for a friend over Christmas and they weren't delivered in time/not even at all. Called in December after Christmas across several days to be met with no service. I reached out to Target itself and they couldn't do anything. When finally, I reached out to a customer service representative, she mentioned how the order was cancelled due to logistical and technical difficulties. OK. I go through Amazon to place my friends photos instead and literally a week or two later in January (Given in mind I had placed my order before Christmas) it randomly ships out. I reach out to the customer service rep about it and it finally arrives, not to mention just after I explained to my credit card company what had happened and they take off the charge. EZ photos goes and charges my card again in February this month without my knowledge, which they should have communicated to me and explained but didn't. Again, I would never use EZ photos or TargetPhotos again. Save your time and money somewhere else. Good businesses take ownership and responsibility when they are in fact in the wrong, given the photos were delivered way past their initial due date as well as the company's own miscommunication...surely they should have just credited me or given the photos to me for free.
I have ordered two canvas prints a week and half ago and have not received any order confirmation nor shipping confirmation which order is made through Target Photo but may have contracted their service with EZ Prints. I see a charge made to the credit card from EX Prints and have been trying to call and no one is answering. What is the point of customer service when no one ever picks up? Please please reply
Ordered a Disney photo book from them. As they're the Disney-sponsored vendor I had no choice. Their selection of designs and stickers is terrible. You only get a few stickers and the ones you can use depend on the style of book you choose. There are no princess stickers other than 1 of Jasmine and Aladdin. There is one of Rapunzel (if you consider her one). Nothing even related to any others. They do have a ton of Muppet ones though...
The biggest problem of the $80 book is that the pages are barely attached to the spine. I feel like unless you handle the book like it's fine china the pages will break loose from the spine.
They also have only a handful of backgrounds and borders. The colors could be brighter.
Problem 4 (which is actually one of the worst issues) is there is no grid during design phase so I was literally holding up a tape measure to the screen to ensure everything was even. They do, however, have a "snap" feature which prevents you from carefully placing pictures. If you want to just tap it downwards (or any direction) a tiny bit it will snap to the bottom of the book where it's cut off, or be so high up on the page you have to rearrange the whole page.
That said, I sucked it up, tried to make it work and put a book together. I ordered the $80 book last week and received it yesterday. The pages are well done, clearly the grid snap was an issue as the bottoms of the pages have tons of room compared to the top which is almost cut off. It didn't look that close up top during design and I was definitely out of room on the bottom in design but there are huge empty spots there in book.
This book was only for Magic Kingdom. I am going elsewhere for Hollywood Studios because they don't have any stickers that would apply to that park at all. May as well just go elsewhere and get a better put together product. They have some Epcot ones and a disproportionate amount of Animal Kingdom stickers so I might return for those parks.
I still can't wrap my head around the fact that they're the Disney-sponsored company and have NO PRINCESSES?!?! And WTF is with the Muppet fetish? The old company Disney had was amazing as far stickers, backgrounds, and borders etc. I don't know why the Hell they changed to EZ Prints. I actually put off doing this book in hopes that EZ would add more options, but it's 9 months later (since they took over) and they don't have anything new.
Anyway, I'm off to do a book on Shutterfly, I suggest you do the same if you're after Disney stuff.
I had them print a couple of my images. The pictures were misprinted, damaged and on top of that their customer service is horrible and a nightmare to deal with. Better stay away from them and go elsewhere.
UPDATE: the manager Dusty called me back almost immediately to explain the situation and was very professional and understanding. He made this situation right without my having to ask and offered his further assistance if anything else were to go awry. It seemed to be a situation of employees in good faith not understanding details of their policies. I was very impressed with the customer service received by the manager, though.
I paid over $26 to rush ship an order of coasters that totaled less than the shipping but was elling to do it to receive them in 3 days. I called to verify when the order would ship to make absolutely sure. They are now one day later than when I was told they would be delivered. I called the company to make them aware and was not offered any compensation on the heavy shipping charge. No apology. When I asked for a refund on the shipping I was told they cannot do that and the manager would call so I could explain my concern to him. We will see if they stand by their promises and issue good customer service but it isnt looking good.
Ignorance and incompetence reign supreme at EZ prints. Wife tried to alter the shipping on a package and was told they don't do express shipping. Do yourself a favor and go directly to a fed ex or ups instead!
I'm surprised Disney is partnered with such a flakey company. I spent 7 hours attempting to make 2 photo books from my Disney Photo Pass account which re-directed me to EZ Prints website to create. As many others have stated, this company has major issues with absolutely no customer service. I continuously had error and technical issues. I wasn't given the option to save my work and sadly lost it all after so much time spent. I was so upset so I left the company a voicemail message the next day since no one picks up their customer service line. It's been almost a week and I have yet to hear from anyone. I sent in an email which again showed an error on their website. It's funny seeing that their only positive reviews are not from customers but employees/temps that work there. I would recommend using a more reputable and reliable site like Shutterfly or Vistaprint for creating and printing photo work.
Been working here as a temp. I love it! Fast paced but you take plenty of breaks . All the big people are nice and very helpful .

I mainly order matte prints as if now, but for my next order (which will be soon I'm sure) I'm totally going metallic! I love EZ Prints they really are the best. "
Underwhelmed. Pros: The printed the size panoramic image I wanted/had at a reasonable price. Package arrived in a decent amount of time.
Con: The print had a few mm white edge on it. I'd prefer them to print to edge or cut the white spot or even ask if cropping would be appropriate/acceptable for me. Its not reasonable to think I can easily/professionally trim a 50+ inch photo print.
To me this small detail is a big miss. Not sure I'll use them again.
I can't really speak to the photo image quality because unfortunately the image I provided was of okay but not great quality for an enlargement so while its not crisp I'm not sure thats on them.
I own a small photography business and used Smugmug as a website to sell photos and had them printed through EZ Prints, the first problem I had was an order of photos was delivered bent, in half and folded. Can t entirely blame EZ Prints here as it could ve also been USPS s fault. Since then I have had 3 customers come to me about them getting the wrong photos (some weren t even mine) or only getting a few of the ones they bought and paid for.
I have since switched to Bay Photo and I have no plans of ever going back to EZ Prints.
