I had not been to draculas for a number of years and i always had such a great time the 3 times i had been before, i wanted to take my staff there for xmas. I was very dissappointed in the show, i really thought it was bad as did some of the others. I must say the food has gotten better which was awsum.

The show was alright, the food was terrible though. And the wait to get in was ridiculous

Definitely one of the best things we did during our holiday to the Gold Coast. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Was really impressed with the food too.

We were definitely excited about going and there are parts of the experience that are great - such as the venue itself is really well done, the show at the start that sets the scene well and the ghost train is a little excitement to get he blood flowing. The food is pretty good and the staff are great and really do try to do the best they can but unfortunately for us the overall experience was left to those few things.

After being told on the ticket to arrive at 7:30 (which we did) we eventually got in the front door about 40 minutes later, including standing in the rain as there are no shelters - they do have a few umbrellas (that are mostly broken) that they hand out but they don t stretch to the hundred or so people in the queue. We eventually got seated at 8:45 so a long wait!!!

The show itself was mediocre at best. There were a few good parts but it mostly lacked a sense of purpose. The Led Zepplin number was fantastic but in many of the others it was hard to hear the singer properly.

If you were to ask me would I come back, unfortunately I d have to say no.

Amazing night out. Quirky and good fun. Food very nice and the act was also good . Well worth a visit.

I would have given 5 star but we paid extra for the seating up top but got put down the bottom so was forever turning my head and sitting backwards.

I ve been here at least 5 times now each time I ve come to the Gold Coast and it s one of those things that s a must do . It would have been great to see more than just one female in the cast. Otherwise, always a fun night out. Leave your prude attitude at home ;)

Show was awesome as was the food. Drinks were amazingly cool, absolutely recommended.

What a fantastic night the show was absolutely amazing, so much talent from the stage to the staff. I was told the food was not the best but i can tell you the food choices was great and filling. If your looking fir a entertaining night out on the gold cost this is a must see.

My husband and I had a fantastic evening. Would recommend to anyone. Will definitely go again!

If your in the gold coast sublime food nothing but positives to give A++++ also bogan friendly but a hot tip! Wear some shoes :). NYE/night was unforgettable experience thanks too all who made it happen cheers.

Show and staff great but the food was dreadfull The steak was so chewy and tasteless and l had a butter knife to hack it with. All over it was a good night entertainers got into the theme .

If you have never been it's a great experience, but have an open mind!!

The last two shows were amazing the lead singer last time owned the stage, this seemed lack luster in comparison. Everyone just looked over it.

The VIP experience is also no longer worth the price especially if we are just hearded into our seats and have to pour our own complimentary bubbles, sitting there sadly few soggy appetizers then sitting for an hour waiting for other guests to arrive. Not really VIP is it?

Some of the staff also didn't seem like the usual fit for the theme.

Unfortunately won't be back again anytime soon.

The show was amazing, all the performers were excellent, the food and service without fault. Would highly recommend the VIP tickets as excellent value. Would go again!!

It's Dracula's, it's scary, but in a good way, wat more can I say....the train ride is great, the MAIN ACT is always great, the 'overselling' is a little over the top, the drummers and singers are good, maybe sell 'after the show disco and free walk-about' a bit more. If you get to see the 'hoola-hoop act, also she does the silk and balance act, she...is....spectacular.

I got the unlucky seat and ended up part of everyone's entertainment for the night.
Was a fantastic night and would recommend it to anyone looking for a fun night out.

Totally awesome. Came here over 10 years ago, loved it better 2nd time around. Pay the extra and get VIP, worth it! Food was delicious and plated nicely, service was quick and always available, the show started out slowly, then once it got going it was mental! Laughed really hard my sides hurt, would definitely return if I am ever back that way.

Show average. Not as good as it used to be. food ok. A good night out with some booze in you !

Absolutely loved it. Definitely need a sense of humor and be over 18. We did the VIP package and the view of the show was fantastic as well as the service and the food. The attractions at the site apart from the show were also cool and the fact that you got to interact with the performers afterwards was refreshing.

Had some fun, good food, great drinks. Some nice tech. Worth a visit.

Great entertainment, show was very good, food was tasty and presented well, staff were loud and rude....exactly as they should be. Heaps of fun.

The show rocks..the cast, waiters, everyone that is a part of it smashed it..loved it amazing..apart from the food..otherwise I would've given a 5 star no doubt about it..

Nothing really wowed me there. Food was average. Show was somewhat funny. But nothing extraordinary.

Dracula s must be paying people or writing their own reviews because this show is absolutely terrible. I have just been to Infamous circus in a tent in Townsville which is fantastic and there is no comparison. Do yourself a favour and AVOID unless you enjoy rude staff and a crude attempt at humour

The entertainment was incredible, wonderful show a good laugh, the staff were very efficient and friendly the singers were great and the acrobatics were fantastic but you really need to be open minded as it is a little risque. The food was good with several choices to choose from for your main meal The only real gripe I had was the seating very uncomfortable My legs became very sore and stiff sitting for that amount of time on a bench. But all up its really worth the trip.

The ghost train is great. The food is high end, well presented and tasty, but not a lot of it. The atmosphere was great and the show was brilliant! What a hoot. Be prepared to spend a lot of money, but have a lot of fun! Highly recommended.

Ok been to the one in Melbourne in 2002. Now last night in the gold coast. Ok there's a bit of a wait outside 20-30 minutes but once you get inside you'll understand.
Your not pushed into buying pictures. They take a picture of you the ask if you want to buy it.
1st course literally came 30 seconds after being seated.
2nd around 15 minutes later. Dessert an hour after that.

Seating squishy: but I'm fat lol
Staff were very helpful and kept in character (salen) was our hostess
Retrovamp show was great very funny wih lots of eye candy for the lads ;)
To all the 1 star post's below some people just need to have a winge lol

Forgot what this place was about, went back and wasn't disappointed. Great great great entertainment. Go and be surprised.

Wow!! What a great night from start to finish. Lining up was fun with the Ragnar looking dude hassling people. He was a hoot.
The interior design of Dracula's is superb. The lighting and decor were in keeping with the 'dark side'. Even before you get to your seat they help to create a mood of expectation...something sinister.
The food was above average and the plate sizes were perfect.
The show, has to be seen to fully appreciate the professionalism and talent of the players. The band were tight and loud. Just the way I like it.
A special thanks to the staff. All dressed up and in character, and working their arses off ferrying out food, clearing tables and refreshing our drinks.
Overall a fantastic night. Will definitely see this show again.

Looks like anyone leaving genuine feedback or a complaint about Draculas who ACTUALLY PAID TO GET IN ($250 with drinks) is answered by some social media person.

Disappointing. Don't waste your money or time. Unfunny, bad food, so expensive and only thirty mins of a 'show' the rest is filler - finding out where the audience is from and showing the audience (no joke!) video footage AND photographs of every audience member going through the ghost train. Canned jokes and very racist, too. And a very poor Trump impersonation - I don't know what that has to do with Vampires...

Their current program Terrorbyte is an insult to every audience member's intelligence.

Had a great time here. Probably best enjoyed in a group of 6 or more people.

Omg draculas is amazing would 10 out of 10 go again if given the chance. Staff are amazing, seductive and absolutely perfect at being vampyres.

I didn t like this place at all. all the yelling and screaming form the people was very disappointing. I didn t feel welcome and I would not come back again.

Redhot and stunning nightclub for anyone who loves a great night out with some risque men and women, great food and live music and some excellent twists and sublime fun.

Anybody who is rating this as good has clearly been drunk off their face while attending. I first visited Dracula's many many years ago when they had vampirates as the show. It was a great show and a great nights entertainment. But in the times preceding there has definitely been a downward slide in the quality of show.
I was quite disgusted with the current show blood bath as for the almost 4hrs I'm seated you literally get 30min of the "actual show" while the rest is just recycled stand-up and prerecorded videos, and the band playing some hit songs. And the show I can't describe as a show at all but more like a couple of singing skits with completely unneeded partial nudity that is being used to "entertain" the patrons.

The whole vibe I got while attending the current show was the business is a sinking ship. With the place feeling unmaintained and cuts being made to keep it afloat.

Sorry but you'd have a hard time to get me to ever come back again or recommend now.

This was a great experience. The food and drinks were fantastic, the staff and crew were lively and added great personality to the place. The decorations were on point, and the whole atmosphere was truly enjoyable. One of our group got sick (in an entirely unrelated way) and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. I would certainly go again.

Went last night (3/11/18) and it was great. Drinks where reasonable priced, food could be better though. I'd like to thank the staff for looking after me as I was about to faint! (It is abit squeeshy and hot) They took me outside for fresh air and icey water.. I felt so much better and could continue in my awesome night! So thankyou! And the entertainment was awsome! :)

Costumes are awesome,the theme is fantastic,the roller coaster is fun,the waiting staff were amazing, the food was bloody brilliant and the show left us in histirics.

I ve been 3 times over the last few years and thoroughly enjoyed it. Nine Pints was absolutely the best of the shows I ve seen, the cast were hilarious and very talented - the music was amazing.

These people work dam hard at entertaining you. Great attitudes and personality from the staff, some with a touch of sugar in the tank.

Fun and entertaining show with good performers, and decent food. Waiters play a disinterested rude character which is fun, however throughout the night my partner got progressively sick and in the last ten minutes collapsed on the floor and had to be taken through to the bathroom. As she collapsed onto the floor as we were telling wait staff she was unwell, we were immediately rushed off to pay for our drinks, the wellness of my partner lying on the floor was not the priority. Another member of our party went and paid whilst I escorted her through. I'm not sure if it was part of the wait staffs 'character' still but I think this would be a point where it is acceptable to break it. I would note we were quiet guests, kept to ourselves and did not otherwise do anything which would put us in a negative light to the staff. I understand people may try get out of paying for drinks by doing this? Perhaps this is a common occurrence? Even then I think you can reasonably care for the patron and also look out for payment. Honestly a little dissapointing as the rest of the night was good, I don't like doing negative reviews but I do have to make this comment and hope it is kept in mind going forward.

Girlfriend took me on an unexpected birthday surprise. Didn't know what we were doing until we arrived. I'm no fan of musicals but this was really cool and fun, loved every second.

No love lost for Bowie, but dont forget to mention Lemmy from Motorhead in the section of the show where you mentioned artists who passed. ;)
