You need it on your bucket list to tick off at least once. The food was presented beautifully. Pork belly was delicious. Chicken wasn't great. I personally wouldn't go back for meal and show again. Some staff members were quite abrupt in their responses. This was disappointing. The table service for drinks was very slow. The food service was very efficient. The show and entertainment was great. The sperm scene and song was an absolute classic. . Loved the ghost ride. This place does not cater for hearing impaired. Music and background noises are very loud and makes it very hard to hear staff talking to you. It is an expensive night out but you have to do it at least once.

Great experience! Show and food was great. Felt as though we got what we paid for, which was good! Only qualm would be that we werent seated facing the stage so had to turn our seats around for the show.
Hmm mixed review. Going in is good, the staff are witty and the ghost train is fun. The show was OK at the start and had some laughs along the way. The second half though was pretty bad. Alot of gap fillers and none of it really made any sense. No story line and none of the acts were relavent to the previous. Bad wigs and some really bad singing. Sorry guys it's a one time thing.
Meal and the show was great. Loved the experienced. Was disappointed with VIP package, paid extra for champagne and canape, turned up dead on time to be hurriedly given a glass of champagne before being ushered through a meat grinder of photo sales...
Awesome first time experience. Although food portions were small it was very tasty and presented very well. Staff were prompt at taking and delivering orders. Highly recommend.
I had a great night hear with my partner. The show actually inspired me to go back to aerial dancing. Our waiter (name spelt either useless or usejess) was absolutely fantastic.
Great show, entertaining and funny. Outfits were amazing. Everyone looked good.
The biggest let down for us. Was the long line of people - the queues to get in, the seating arrangement and the food.
You ve got to prepare yourself for the hustle and bustle of people lining up to get in. Once seated, you ll find yourself with little room to move. The food was average at best, but the entertainment blew us away.
We have been coming to Draculas for 5 years always for my Husband and i Wedding Anniversary. We loved it soooooooooo much that we couldn't stop talking about it to people for weeks. Where do i start well when you paid for VIP you used to get an AWESOME DRACULAS GIFT BAG which had Draculas book about the show and the production, a fake syringe pen, a black g-string rose, Draculas necklace and discount vouches for other places. NOW all you get is a Draculas necklace and asked on the VIP red carpet if you want to BUY for $5 and a G-string black rose for your partner. Then you get a littlle envelope with a few vouches and thats it...... very disappointed on that. The new entry room is boring looking at a ceiling with a video of the characters talking to you (maybe you should have a character or 2 to come in the room to talk and scare people half way through it) just a suggestion.... then you go in another room for nibbles and champagne and rushed out after 10 minutes for the next VIP people to enter the room. Then onto the train with the same old thing with a person scaring you on the way through.... After that it gets bad basically i will break it down after we got in our seats in the theater and ate our entree and main meals in the first half an hour.......... 1 and 1/2 hours LATER the actually show started we still didn't have our desert and we were so over the waiting for the show and listening to 70s music and realized that the show was stuck on this boring 70s theme we decided to leave to go home to our AUTISTIC 5 year old son that because of his needs my Husband and i very rarely get to go out for night out. So we were so DISAPPOINTED in Draculas..... You need to bring the hard rock and mixed rage of songs that fit in with the Draculas theme i think the 70s theme was very soooooooo boring for people like myself that know how great the music use to be and high energy. Go back to what works and also brings in people of all ages, there was 80% of old people at the show which made us feel like it was a cheap RSL discount show.... VERY DISAPPOINTED DRACULAS Not impressed with response from Draculas it is like you only read part of my review....
It was very good, but very expensive - even as far as Dinner and a Show might go! Definitely not family friendly, but a great night out if you have the pockets for it. The cast/employees do a fantastic job and can't be faulted. However, for the same or similar price you could see a professional theatre show and still have pennies left over for a dinner somewhere nice.
We finished up our holiday with Draculas to go out with a bang and it did not disappoint! The staff were great, food was good, show was excellent and the atmosphere was just fantastic! I will definitely be visiting again!
Worst show I have ever seen and the food was terrible!!! We all got up and left half way threw if I could give zero stars I would.. absolute waste of money
Would highly recommend! Fantastic night for everyone!
We arrived at 6pm, went through and had an entrance glass of wine and nibbles shortly after. By about 7pm you head up to the ghost roller coaster and make your way to the hall. We were seated and chatting with drinks orders being taken by about 7.30pm and entree served around the same time. Live band starts playing around 8.30pm and mains are served around 9pm. Dinner service was incredibly efficient with staff directly racing in and out of the kitchen to ensure all were plated within 10mins of each other. Actual show started around 9.30pm and finished around 10.30pm.
We paid $130 for VIP tickets and while I can say there was alot of waiting involved, the money we paid was 100% worth it!
There was about to 20 wait staff walking the floor and 50 musician's, actors and actresses, multiple hosts and singers/dancers all rotating onstage. There would also have been those in the kitchen preparing meals. From the 1000+ packed into the theatre, what we paid was honesty less then I expected for such a great night. We had 3 courses, hours and hours of great live music and performances of skilled acrobatics, hilarious stand up comedy and funny skits... I would have expected $200 a ticket or honestly even more... entree was a pastry, mains were either slow roast bbq beef rib and mash / lemon herb chicken / fish / vegie, desert was a chocolate coffin stuffed with thick chocolate mouse and raspberry sauce. Absolutely wonderful, delicious!
Granted there were a few downsides, as all performances have. 1: Very drawn out evening (could have served food and had the performance and be finished in 2hrs not nearly 5hrs, if they didn't have soooo many breaks and pauses) and 2: Staff are acting when interacting with the clientele and while almost all saw the comedy in their responses some may have taken offence to their directness (if you visit, please remember they are actors and actresses playing a theatrical role and will make sly jokes as they go - don't take offence to their blunt humour).
All in all I would say; great food and drinks, excellent performances and amazing value for money considering how long you're there for. The show does feel like it's dragging on a bit towards the end seeing as were were there from 6pm-10.45pm but I would absolutely recommend visiting. I will be returning with many more people and any opportunity I have to recommend the show I will take it. Incredibly talented and passionate performers, funny waitressing staff and made for a truly wonderful night.
We had the pleasure of attending their show on Saturday night and our attendant was Salem, she was faultless, hilarious and extremely well presented - the show was the best one yet, 10/10 Would recommend.
Outstanding service. Provided vegan food for all 3 courses. However you must advise vegan option upon booking. Food and drink was amazing and performers were outstanding. Well worth getting VIP upgrade
A good variety of performance with a nice tempo and a bit of randomness thrown in food was good and the show was good fun. I would however recommend 16 year old upwards. As the humour can be adult orientated.
