Fantastic experience from entry to exit. My only gripe was that while the concept of having a three course meal while watching this show was a good one, the execution made it difficult to actually eat it without wearing half your dinner.

The food was very ordinary and it was so dark and so noisy that the whole dining experience was below par. The whole thing would have been better if it was just the show.
Having said that, while a few of the acts were good, the show was a bit random and piecemeal and was very difficult to actually see over all the people sitting in front.
Definitely not worth the money.

Lots of wacky characters with great costumes and make up to greet you as you enter the gates. The train ride which is part of the VIP package is pretty cool. Service was very good. The food was quite nice and the entertainment was also quite good. Definitely an experience!

We saw a special for tickets to Dracula's and decided to book them! The special was buy one get one half off. If you're interested in going, see if there are any ticket specials.

Dracula's is definitely a once in a lifetime experience. The workers were all dressed up and had a persona. They all tried to scare/freak people out in some way. They were loud and crazy but they made the experience very enjoyable. I don't do well with scary things so I was scared the whole time while we were lining up. Oh yeah...ARRIVE EARLY if you want restaurant parking!

Once we entered into the building, we were directed to the bar. There were a lot of people ordering drinks at the bar. They had some sort of cocktail called Spider Lash (I think that's what the name was called) that sounded good. Our group didn't want to get any drinks because we didn't want to spill anything on the ghost train ride.

In order to get into the restaurant, we had to ride the ghost train. Before getting on the ride, they made everyone take a picture. If you wanted to buy the picture you could. Our group opted out on the picture. Throughout the train ride I had my eyes closed! I was terrified!

When we got off the train, we were directed to the hostess. The hostess checked our tickets/reservation and then we got seated. The restaurant was smaller than I expected it to be. It wasn't a big venue. It was pretty intimate.

Our waitress' name was Poison. She was very nice and very helpful! We were given a three course meal; entree, main and dessert. The entree that we had was some sort of quiche. For the main, you had an option to choose from a list. I chose the lamb shanks. The lamb shanks tasted good and it fell right off the bone; however, it was HUGE. I tried my friend's coconut crusted fish and it was delicious! I should have gotten that instead. For desert, we had some sort of chocolate mousse in a chocolate coffin. My boyfriend got the spider lash drink (the one that I mentioned earlier) in a sour version. It was pretty good; not too much alcohol taste.

The only thing that I didn't like about the experience was the show. I was pretty disappointed. The show consisted of mostly singing and dancing. There were comedic skits here and there. The comedic skits were pretty funny. I really liked the guy who kept head banging!

Overall, I enjoyed my time at Dracula's; however, I don't think I would come here again.

Excellent experience. From the set up with theming and entrance way to the ghost train ride to the main theatre, to the show and food itself, just excellent.
Food was well prepared and well done. Good selection and most allergies catered for. Bar and table drink service was prompt and large variety on offer.
Show was a wild ride with virtually continuous audience involvement. From 'pre-show' warm up acts to the main event, the actors and effects were amazing.
An experience not to be missed, make sure you aim for a busier night for the amazing atmosphere!

Dracula's is a 'must do' when on the Goldy! Love at very first fright, a night to remember. Great food, well thought up cocktales and the show is worth wetting your panties for! Volger jokes, childish antics, songs that everyone can get into.. the show has it all. Imagine the Rocky horror picture show introduced to the 21st century and sexier. Needless to say we will go again.

I was there yesterday for my grandsons birthday party,as I'm a Coeliac they got me some spring rolls and a dip one of the items was not gluten free, a couple hours later i was very ill being sick, this morning still feeling unwell, it will take up to 5 days for me to eat properly again as this is my last week here before i fly back to the UK this is not how I wanted my trip to end. Having said that I must say the experience of the show you put on for the children is amazing and so pleased to see, my grandson 10yrs old love it.

Went once, back in 2004 & honestly, I don't remember the food being as amazing as it was when we attended recently. Also, the show, simply brilliant! I had tears of laughter!
Extraordinarily talented staff, amazing food, wonderfully memorable night.
Do it people! Make the effort! It's worth EVERY penny!

When I went here years ago there was a full band, fun and tasteful horror themed show, and it was an extremely good experience.... On arrival as a VIP we enjoyed the grave entrance, walk through into the cocktail lounge and had a glass of sparkling...it felt like it was going to be the same - everything to that point was fantastic.... We were shown to seats...food orders taken...all good...the food was very good......but then the entertainment started...karaoke with a guitar....then eventually karaoke with drums and a guitar...both mixed way under the karaoke backing - don't get me wrong, the guitarist was great, and drummer not bad but it's not a band and backing tracks suck (not in a good way Draculas!)!... We ordered drinks...I spent $50 on a cocktail to be shared which contained maybe 2 shots of alcohol (was for 2 people!)..and another $23 on another drink for 1 person...plus 2 more $9 beers...and left feeling totally sober! The show had little horror or related themes - the biggest part being something you might see at an LGBT theme pub - essentially 2 guys dressed as sperms running around the stage...then a giant pair of ladies legs and genitals with a blow up baby..... whilst amusing it's no longer a horror themed venue and is VERY overpriced for the cocktails...Sadly I no longer would recommend this place...

Not for people who arent into musicals.. unlike mentioned on their website, there is no magic tricks.. humour - yes a bit.. but a few things to note before you go.. we took the Vip tickets and reached at 7 as asked.. the introduction and the train ride was good.. the waiters and waitresses were funny.. food was served and they only started the actual acts at 830-845.. after that it was 90% song and dance.. one of the singers was really good.. a lil bit of good humour i admit.. but the other so called acrobatic dances were lame.. and there wasnt anything much else.. dont do if ur not too much into music.. i blame myself more than the show.. as it wasnt for us.. we should have researched better.. the reviews and the website dont give you an idea that its a musical..

A great night out, very entertaining.
If I'm honest, I'm not sure how well the "theme" fit into the caberet performance but didn't really care - it was very entertaining if sometimes a little random!
The food was good, we had a Celiac with us and he was well catered for.
My only complaint would be it was very difficult to re-order drinks. Teh staff were hard to get hold of and we had to wait a long to time to get a refill.
But overall, a great night.

The food was yummy.

The food was yummy.
But could have been bigger serving of it all.
The pre show entertainment and mingling outside wasn't as good as the 2010 show I went too.
I love the puppetry performance.
Lighting effects, Acrobatics, but songs were hard to understand the lyrics to (Sound was muffled) at times. I liked the new version of Sweet Dreams.
Overall the staff and performers could have been more vampiry in movement and voice.....

We had previously been to Dracula's in Melbourne so was looking forward to seeing the new show Terrobyte. Must say unfortunately the experience was not as good. The show itself was stop/start - it did not flow, too many short breaks (we thought there may've been issues). Food was ok, though would be nice to have a bit of a gap between courses rather than rushed.

Had my Daughters 10th birthday party at Drax 4 Kids. The girls seemed to enjoy it. Completely different from the adult evening show. More game/play based throwing fluro balls around in the dark, video game, norts and crosses etc. A lot of focus on the birthday kids which was nice to make them feel extra special.

Brilliant show, absolutely brilliant the cast and staff were amazing. but what's with the green screen photos, when we used to go the photos were with the real cast in person and we would buy them every time. Now it's just a crappy green screen and photoshopped background. Seriously what's the point of that. Was really disappointing.

P.s. The jelly shot syringe is no longer available They were always good for a laugh and souvenir. At the least they could have taken them off the menu.

This place is unreal!
Totally blew all my expectations out of the water.
The venue- amazing, the staff- amazing, the music- amazing! and most of all the show and every one in it- INCREDIBLE!! Could not stop talking about it on the way home.

The service was good. The food average but i understand how hard it is to serve so many people at the same time. The shoe was entertaining, the secpnd half being more enjoyable than the first.

What can I say but an absolute experience. From the get go all staff were in character and made it interesting. Would recommend purchasing the VIP expireance as you get in a bit early with finger food and sparkling. You get ride on the ghost train out to the bar area where all the stars and staff are walking around. Next out to the show room where you get your included 3 course meals which all meals were divine. Watching the show was incredible the stars were some of the most talented musicians and singers I had seen on top of that very funny.
All this for $115 and about 4 hours of the whole experience. Highly recomend.

Great night out. Took our 15 year old for his birthday and he found it very funny, depends on how you raise your kids whether you deem it inappropriate or humorous. Friendly staff and quick food service.

Been here six times in the past three years. Great night out. Some shows better than others as some jokes fall flat. Had a not great experience as a V.I.P recently but won't stop me from seeing the next show.

Everything positive you ever read about this place...

Everything positive you ever read about this place is 100% true! If you stumble across any negative reviews, just ignore them! They're whingers that whinge for whinging sake!
The closest I could get to having a crack about this establishment and it's experience, is probably the meal portion sizes. And even that's a far and deep reach for finding negatives!
If you can't enjoy your evening at this place, I sincerely hope you contract a nasty STD, and misplace your television remote for at least 9 days.. Just sayin'..!
Cheers Drac's! You guys and girls RAAAWK!!

Show was ok, they are pretty relaxed in their RSA obligations. The loud drunk men infront of us were being a nuisance and disturbing the tables around them, kept giving them drinks though...

My husband and I were looking forward to celebrating our wedding anniversary at draculas,we have both been before so we knew what to expect but instead we had a vampire waitress who was quite rude didn't seem to want to be at work! We had 2 over priced cocktails with what seemed like no alcohol in them at all! What happened to the show being about vampires not about the 70's!!! Needless to say we were both very much disappointed I don't think we will going back anytime soon
