This place is fine. Large amount of options to choose from in terms of eating. However, you have to pay a fee when bringing in outside food. The air conditioning didn't work well and the walls are quite thin. However, the rooms were clean and affordable.

Not much to do.. not much to see. If you're looking for a place to stay in Clark, this may be overpriced since there is no other recreation available. Just the casino and the rooms. Wouldn't recommend for a family staycation as well since like i mwntioned, no other recreation. Why did they not even put a pool in this hotel?!

Celebrating my cousins 18th birthday with all the family .. there s a huge hall for celebration or any party or gatherings. There s a casino for adults fun and hotel rooms are ok too .. had great time

Their room is quite big for the price rate.
Toiletries are complete.
Hotel design is very plain.
Breakfast is nothing to be expected and excited about.
Still a good hotel to stay in for business and short stay.

We brought with us our kids who wanted to eat their favorite fast food brand for dinner but the cork cage fee was so high. We value courtesy to Royce Hotel we asked if you allow foods brought outside and as expected you said yes but with cork cage fee of 350 pesos per rice meal. When we were at the lobby and was about to checkout, we saw a man with 5 packs chickenjoy meal without getting checked or charged. Not just 1 man but 2 more Are you seriously implementing this?

Had our Annual Planning at Royce Hotel. The seminar room is adequate for our participants. Altho i estimate the room can hold up to 200 or more people.
The sound system, projector, 2 white screen are functioning well. Some food for our lunch & dinner is a bit salty for our taste. We advised the staff serving, to ask the chef to tone-down the saltiness.
The room for our overnight accomodation is big & can accomodate up to 4 beds altho ours is a triple-bed room. The bed is comfortable, not lumpy, not too hard for my back. The aircon unit functions well, we even have to lower the temp to suit our needs. The bathroom cum CR is clean, toiletries provided, towels also, hot water sufficient for the 3 of us. Lightings in the room is okay. Television is provide, also a room ref which we didn't use. Kettle for hot water is available, wirh cimplimentary coffee, tea, cream & sugar, also with Splenda.
Hangers for our clothes, complimentary slippers are provided. Card keys sometimes malfunction but readily attended by staff.
There are other places to go to around Royce Hotel. There's a Starbucks on the opposite side of the street we're in. Also some restos. We didn't try the loop bus coz we have our own vehicles. Oh, a breakfast buffet comes with the overnight room accomodations. We're billeted at the 6th floor but no worries, the elevator says it can carry 900 kgs weight of passengers. Good thing, we're on the mid-size range, some are petite. Haha!
All in all, i can recommend Royce Hotel.

First and foremost, the service of the waiters is terrible. On one occasion, I asked for water in my table but my request was ignored. On another occasion at the breakfast lounge, I asked for coffee, again I was ignored. I have to go to the coffee nook and get one myself, yet the waiters attended the request of other customers. SELECTIVE SERVICE.

The room was clean and well-maintained. The food was, on the average, good.

In most high-end hotels, waiters know how to greet customers. The waiters of Royce tend to ignore customers.

I would not recommend this hotel to customers with discerning taste.

No pool.no gym.with casino.i love that you can walk to puregold duty free from here 2.2km only. Check out the korean ice creams at that korean store opposite. Our aeta brothers sell their kamote, saba and native fruits there. But the other goods are supplied by a capitalist and most of what they sell

Ikasama Casino?

Ikasama Casino?
As a general rule, watch out for squid at any casino.
Is it a ponkotsu? Observe the card closely. If you feel you can't trust the card, don't hit it. This is important.

some people say, casino may be using strange cards, I don't know what it means.
In casino, before playing BJ, "show card" is necessary, to avoid short shoes. In many countries, short shoes is a crime.

It's stupid to hit BJ at Ponkotsu Casino.
Are you doing a second deal, (hanging), a short shoe or something? Ikasama is a crime in ordinary countries.
A few months ago, a Korean junket agent offered a 3% rolling commission to Korean customers. Then the customer lost a lot in Baccarat and the police came. If this story is true, it's not an ordinary casino.
