Highly unprofessional and arrogant owner. They have no customer service skills. The owner so called DR. Who is a sardar has no manners. Their reports are not genuine and there is a discrepancy. I would advice not to go this lab.

Pathetic experience when asked about only that is the report ready or not female member seating over there put the receiver back saying we don t tell anything on call ..

Highly professional and competent doctors and staff. They seem to have the most modern technology.

I have always trusted the lab for their results of the tests. However, extremely disappointed by their front desk staff. Absolutely horrendous attitude.

Worst customer service ever. I got tests worth 18k done from here in three separate sessions. Unfortunately, I lost my bill for one of the sessions and asked them to provide an online soft copy. What started after that was a series of furitless, rude and egoistic conversation. They said there is no provision to give the bill online and if you want to discuss, bring everything in original and then we will see. I even spoke to Dr. Suri, who hung up the phone on me after responding in the most arrogant manner. Please guys, save yourself some trouble. Go to Doda - it is much better and has radiology services as well. Or chose someother place. This is a total avoid. Very bad experience with Suri Lab.

Actually i was planning to visit the lab for comprehensive package but after reading the negative views of most of the clients i have changed my mind.

No esclation process in place

Unprofessional staff and management. I had to take couple of blood test including thyroid as I was suffering from high fever. The receptionist told me that it will cost around Rs. 5000 and unfortunately I was not carrying that much amount as I was referred by family doc and had to go straight to the lab from the hospital as the Representative from Suri lab had already gone from there. I requested that I can Rs. 500 or so and the remains will be paid in the evening when i will come to collect the report. The receptionist very rudely replied that I will have to pay atleast half else test will not be done. I then called my brother to come with cash and meantime I request the receptionist and the owner (dr. Suri) to atleast take my blood sample so dat I can eat something. Dr. Suri without even knowing that there was a thyroid test replied that he can not make any exception and without payment no test will be done. if this is the kind of behaviour they show towards their customers then they should not be doing this business. They are least bothered about anybody's health and their only motive is MONEY. Pathetic staff and service.

Worst Lab Ever. The owners are pathetic people...don't even know how to talk to patients...dr. doda lab which is just next to it is much better with friendly staff.....I think this lab will soon see its fate. Sorry guys but thats how you people behaved

Supporting staff and excellent infrastructure especially wash rooms are very clean. Faster sample collection and less crowd as I went early in the morning

When we can afford and trust such expensive lab,why can't we get better services. Forget about cars,EvenParking a scooter is a nightmare.when spoke to mr.suri ,his reply was I have better things to do in life.oops..are we idiots who are going there for such rude behaviour. Please look for better options friends

I am very disappointed with your service, 30min se call kar rhi hu helpline number pe but continue 30 min se busy hai, kisi ko kuch important information leni ho to aapke call waiting ki tune hi sunte rahe vo tell me? Helpline number hai vo to help bhi to kro atleast sir aap

These people are scammers....they are giving fake covid reports...

The lab is good. staff was very nice. But cost of tests are high. There is genuniety in the reports. They are Cross checked two times. Overall experience was good.

Pathetic.never expected so. They take the money before-hand with smiling faces and when one goes to take report they r Rude, arrogant, angry type negative attitude and belitling. I got such reply from a person Inside a cabin...when I went to ask something nominal about my report results. Even the front desk people's behavior is of the same type.
Not going here again anytime. Its like paying hefty to get belittled.

Going here for reports regularly since 2013....but very sad to see the customer service is deteriorating day by day ... to the extent that i had to eventually change to other lab.... I recommend if you are ok in a government type of lab where everything works as per their convenience then only choose this one

today went there for RT PCR test but staff adamant on photocopy of aadhar card i with others requested incrge to get the copy done thereonlyas markets are closed but they refused some how I walked few kms in karol bagh market searching for a photocopy shop but all were closed due to heat and weakness collapsed on roadreally shameful behavior of staff further harassing the patients

Pathetic services. My 22 months old son was sick and the lab assistant called for a child instead of calling the child's name and took the blood on some other child's name.

When we checked the name on tubes they changed the sticker.

I visited with one of my friends for tests the first time and it was very good experience. Dr. Suri, was consistently in touch with us regarding wait time and made sure that tests being done in time.
