The office staff is HORRIBLE! But Dr.Boone is WOND...

The office staff is HORRIBLE! But Dr.Boone is WONDERFUL. My kids have been going here since babies & every time they come we wait over 1 to 2 hours to be seen. The new receptionist which is Dr.Boone sister, IS VERY RUDE & NASTY. She talks to and treat the patients any kind of way! Dr.Boone will NOT do anything about it, instead she says that s her sister . This is NOT ACCEPTABLE!! My kids love their doctor but we will be switching doctors because of the constant disrespect & the wait time, even when you get in the back you still have to wait addition time on top of the time you already waited to be seen! Anything can be wrong with your child & the only person out of the office who cares is Dr.Boone even her nurses don t care neither. The whole office staff is family!! The 2 nurses are mother & daughter!
