Dr. Boone is a good doctor, however the operation of her office is the down fall of her practice. No one should have to wait over an hour before even being called to the back for a room to be seen by the doctor. Either they have an antiquated appointment scheduling program or don't value their patient's time. You can't be more than 15 minutes late to an appointment before being canceled but you can wait over 70 minutes in the waiting room to be seen!
