Atty David Doyaga Jr. was my lawyer in my Bankruptcy Case Chapter 7. Before I accepted his service he first explained the pros and cons of filing Bankruptcy petition and when I came to know that it will be more beneficial in my part I agreed to hire him as my lawyer with a very affordable legal fee. He let me signed a contract and advised me to submit some documents(Bank Accounts, Payroll stubs, ITR). He prepared the Petition for me and let me signed it and submit it to the Court. Exactly a month after the filing of the Bankruptcy petition the Court scheduled the hearing through telephone call because of the current pandemic. Few hours after the hearing Atty David called me informing me that we won the case or we call it Discharge. Atty David together with his staffs were very professional in dealing with their clients and easily reached even in the midst of COVID-19 the reason why it was so fast to resolved my Case. For as long as you follow Atty David Doyaga s instructions to the letter it will be a victory battle. Best bankruptcy law firm. I had excessive medical Bill's and reluctantly filed for bankruptcy. To say the lawyers at this law firm were knowledgable would be the understatement of the century. Turns out David Doyaga has so much experience that other bankruptcy lawyers come to him for advice. $2,500 and I got a fresh start in life.
