My experience with Wells Fargo Home was not so good. The customer service was lacking and the loan process was slow. I had to constantly follow up and it was frustrating. I would not recommend them to others.

Does not really care about her customers. She even went on vacation without anyone knowing ..in the mean time, emails were sent and not answers.
Wells Fargo has a very good record but is individuals like this that give a company a bad reputation!!!
My experience with Michael Stein was nothing short of amazing . He guided us throughout the entire loan process. He was beyond helpful and informative. He never left any question unanswered and he was extremely patient and understanding . He offered excellent advice and helped us make informed decisions. We are truly grateful for having such a patient and informative mortgage broker . We couldn't be more happy and I will most definitely refer him to my friends and family . Thank you Mr. Stein for keeping us informed at all times and making this process less stressful for us . We couldn't have done it without you !
