Please stay away. Very very horrible service. I feel so neglected with my sales person and can t even talk about her supervisor. The front desk couldn t help me at all as well. Unfortunately I purchased and signed a contact for a vehicle with them. It has been about 5 days and the still have not provided any information nor the vehicle to me. What really upsets me is that I do get any updates on where we stand. I have to keep calling to see what s going on. They messed up the paperwork but did not notice until after we were done signing all the work which took about 2 hours. I gave them a deposit and signed away my vehicle. Therefore I still do not have a car. I requested to cancel everything and get my car and money back and they also do not allow me to do that. I have no updates and feel so neglected by this company. I do NOT recommend this dealership. Every time I call I get placed on hold and then hung up. Please do not waist your time and money with the dealership.
