Andrew Bean is the man. He represented me on a 10K building purchase for my creative agency. It was my first go around in the commercial world and Andrew did an exemplary job helping me navigate the lingo, crunch the numbers, tour multiple properties, educate me on what to look for, aggressive negotiation once we got into the deal and hand held me through the whole process leaving nothing to chance. It was a great learning experience and I'm super happy with the purchase. I cannot recommend Andrew enough.
