This place has the WORST management ever. They steal/lose keys at the buyers expense. They charge however much they want for whatever they want as if their fees arent crazy enough already. I sold a vehicle for a massive loss through these jokers, and of course I went over every detail of how much the check for that vehicle would be as far as sellers fees go. (I let it go for less then I normally would have) I went to pick up the check and its ANOTHER few hundred less then price. Add that to the fact they ran the announcements wrong on it TWICE and I had to pay for that service (of course) - save your money and time and go to a national auction like manheim or adesa.

I was picking up 3 trucks and everyone there I talked to was happy and helpful

Rude office staff when you call in. When you speak to anyone in their departments they are seem annoyed you are calling them and offer as little help as possible. Charge $100 Storage if the car is there over a week? Did not notify me I won the car on an On-Line Bid till it was weeks old and then said I was late in paying for it. Will never buy from KCI again.

This is my favorite auction by far. They have the best staff and management. The buy fees are very reasonable. The ladies up front are amazing. It feels like American Auto Auctions is an extension of my family.

We buy most of our cars for the car lot here. Great people. AL Is always helpful.

Horrible place to do business, if you wanna be called coon and other racist names this is the place for you. Steve G and his untrained officer will make it happen.

We owed them $247 and they made us feel like crap after buying many cars from them over the last 8 years... They would not release our $11000 new purchase unless the $247 was paid. I sent drivers to pick up the car and they were sent away.

I reviewed this auto auction and as a loyal client of Public car auctions i can say that Repokar auto auction makes their best in keeping their customers and it makes me happy. There are many details which are good prepared by the staff to make many good deals. Thank you!

One of the nicest, most professional, privately owned, auto auctions I've seen. Just north of Tiffany Springs near KCI airport. They have fun themed sales.

If you want sell car at the auction need it so be careful because some guys when they buy cars after 2 days if they don t like they can cancel because they have good contact with some worker

I worked there via temp for two or three days. Really fast paced, a lot of good vehicles and staff seemed like they enjoy being there.

Amazing crowd, and a pleasant experience of an auction.

I bought a 2014 Chevy spark at the auction with a ride n drive guarantee right down the rd at Platte city the car dropped the transmission.
Asked to arbitrate it they didn't. So $4800 and no arbitration these people are a serious joke. I recommend all other auctions rather than this one. Also more than 3 times I have waited for titles longer than 60 days and as long as 4 1/2 months. These folks well don't have it together at all!!!!

This place is very dangerous to people driving by .....trucks load there vehicles on the road causing congestion and hazardous driving conditions. They're hostlers that go to fuel the cars or take them from here or there blatantly drive out of the parking lot without signaling or looking either way and they do this every single day. I know this because I work for Harley and I have to drive past this establishment everyday. There's been two motorcycle accidents that resulted in death since I've worked there. I've left a message with the owner of the establishment he never returned my calls. Other than that I'm sure it's a wonderful place to buy a car.
