Very cool atmosphere. Enjoyed the live music. The drinks were priced fairly. The staff were great until it started to get a little busy, they seemed to be doing their best but understaffed

The place was well run. Beautiful lighting and atmosphere. The decor made me feel important for being there. They provide live music every night. And the band playing while I was attending was phenomenal. Such an amazing setting. This place knows.

Great crowd, live music and multiple pool tables. Always have a great time, but it sometimes it can take a while to get a drink if they get busy. No harm no foul, still a great place for friends to hang in a beautiful area

Upscale "biker bar" with live music, strong drinks, friendly beach crowd on weekend afternoons. This place packs in a crowd yet service is good i.e. short wait time for refills.

Don't let the front fool you...there is big fun thru those doors. Only place in town with pool tables. Leave your inhabitons at the door and have some fun.

They ve always got good music but on the night I went the dance floor had barely any lights, kinda killed the mood

Great food...Great vibe...Great staff...However, the ratio of men to women isn't ideal as far as the singles scene goes...I think this place is a great place for groups, but not a good pick if you're looking to mingle...

My son who just landed back in the states from Afghanistan went with me to the marine room where he was treated quite well by the bar tender and patrons.. the drinks were mixed by the local hero and the band sounds like they are ready to do another set

Dive bar. Nor more and no less. There are never many people here every time I come. Surprised it is still open after all these years.

Great bar. Amazing whiskey selection. And the bartenders know how to make great drinks. One of the best old fashioneds I've ever had.

A fine selection of talented musicians gave this place a wonderful live music ambience and made this bar a fun place to go solo or with friends.

I LOVE THIS BAR the drinks are great they have over 140 whiskeys and live music every night. This is my favorite spot to go to after dinner on date night! The bartenders are all super attentive I always have a great time here.

Naw. Been coming to this place since 1989. I ve watched the progression. It s not comfortable anymore. It s not a tavern any more. It s not pub like, at all. It s dark, dank (not in new terms), and blah. The character has slowly been drawn out of this place. Find any bar in Cleveland and you will have found what s left of The Marine Room. The bartender...fantastic! But, seemingly scared to be who they are in fear of big brother (or, big sister) watching overhead. Too many other good places in the area. Travel just a bit south and catch Mozambique. Piano bar on lower deck on Friday night! Amazing. Skyloft, seemingly owned by same people, but, they have the right recipe. Haven t been back to the White House in years, but, can probably assure they have kept to tradition. The Lumberyard...great. Grab a quick drink in The Marine Room for yourself. See what I mean...?

Great bar. Loved the design. The female singer was excellent. The Garfield coloured pictures lady was interesting lol

Super staff, the service was great and the food very nice. If you are after traditional traditional Italian food stick to the pasta and meat dishes, the pizza is ok but not a Italian one. We will be back

Pretty fun if you have money to blow. If not you'd probably agree that a $10 shot is a rip off.

Nice comfortable bar,not crowded with lot of people on a Saturday in the daytime.

Uhhhhh 365 days of live music, vintage books, burlesque books, and great cocktails. CHECK and check. Oh and walk to Laguna Beach main beach from the front door. Check.

Really nice and cozy bar. Was out visiting from the IE for a party. Worth driving back out for.

Had to leave right after we got there, but this seems like a great place & we'll definitely go back.

Crowded but full of entertainment. Live music on Saturday nights, dancing, billiards, drinks. Its a fun place.

It looks pretty cool, but I don't know for sure because I couldn't even get in! My buddy and I are here in Laguna all the way from Florida and thought this place would be cool to go to. Just as I'm about to grab the doors, I here "Hey! You goin in there?... Need your ID." So my friend and I hand over our ID's which got us condescending looks and an intarigation. After being unable to stump us (because the ID's are real) he grabs who I believe was the bar attender, and she had the personality of Cruella De vil. This led to much more intarigation and many other forms of ID being given such as a pass port card, pilots license, and debit card. Why would you want my debit card!? Anyway, after all this they decided not, I repeat NOT to let us in! Cruella did say that there regular ID checker will be there later in the night and if he decides to let us in we will get a free round. Needless to say I plan to milk them for all they got.

The best bar in laguna beach. This place has different vibes depending on the time of day and day of the week. Its interesting because it can be relaxed and a chill environment but quickly can be packed and have the party life vibe depending on the music

Marine room Tavern is good place for someone who loves live music. It has small stage at the end of it. Performance was really good and I enjoyed it. The sound quality was good and environment also was really nice. Drink price was good. It has $5 entrance fee and they only accept cash. It is a good place for drinking, dancing and have fun with friends.

Great bar, the bartenders are fast and used to the crowds. The lounge areas are comfortable with neat decor. Very cool stage for bands but the speaker on the right of the stage is blown, needs to be fixed. I saw GrooveSession there and they are awesome.

Pretty chill place. Every time I've been here there has been live music, so that's awesome. They have a fire place that is nice to hang out by, next to a pool table. They have local beers on tap and a wide selection of drinks. I believe the cover starts around 9pm, so get there before then to save a few bucks. Typical drink prices for Laguna. Definitely one of our stops while we putt around downtown.

It's a fun place they have great band nights but damn it can get rowdy!

The location is great, less than 1/2 block off of S. Coast Hwy in the center of Laguna Beach. I like the casual bar with a bit. It is well managed, clean, comfortable and popular. The bartenders are friendly and live music adds makes it a fun time.

Charles makes the absolute BEST Old Fashion. I highly recommend his version with Four Roses Single Barrel. The long bar is comfortable and has a huge selection of booze.

Decent selection of beers on tap. Definitely a change of pace from the other establishments in the area. Bartender was very friendly and prices are slightly less then other local bars. Live music was very good and i would go again.

We were there on a Saturday night and they had an awesome live band. Upbeat bar and fairly priced drinks. Will definitely be back.

Live music 365 days a year. Tough to beat that. Great old fashioned.

Great bar. Was in from Pdx, looking for something comfortable where we could have a couple beers. This place nailed it!!

Table & board games are supplied for guests. Beer and liquor selection is good. Locals like to hog the pool table and play among there local friends other than that I would have gave 5 stars

This place is awesome! This is definitely one of the local favorites. The drinks are made well and their selection is huge. It can be extremely busy on the weekends but it's worth the wait. Live bands play on the weekends and it's usually pretty fun... especially after a few drinks. Cheers!

Nice little local dive bar (not too divey. I think, Oh this bar is here in Laguna.. Cool!) with pool tables, a live band and a cool rustic vibe.

Fun place to go, but CrAzY crowded, and the live band can be INSANELY LOUD!! Like, hurt your ears loud.... obviously drinks are expensive, it's a bar in Laguna Beach!!
