Quite nice - I like doubletree anyway, but this one was even better than normal. The onsite restaurant and bar had good food and drinks breakfast was good.

Standard event/conference room, accomdating, good sounding rooms.

Friendly staff, decent rooms. Just know that the shuttle to/from the airport needs to be arranged before arriving. I had to spend $26 on a taxi both ways due to not having an available shuttle.

The conference rooms were great. And they kept them cool.

I probably will not stay here again. My first experience was pleasent, but my second time here they didn't have to give me the king sized bed which I reserved, they didn't tell me this, they let me go to the room and find out for myself, come back down and ask why they gave me a double bed, they told me they didn't have any and I just told them I would stay somewhere else, no big deal, then they magically found a king room for me. Heater was on, and could not turn off, temp in my room was 85, took about an hour to wait have have it looked at (time when I should have been sleeping) and then they magically found me another king sized bed room... I should have stayed at the courtyard across the street

Good cookies, really nice staff at breakfast. When I needed a toothbrush and stuff, the front desk was great!

Great location for shopping, dine out, and access to O'Hare airport. Hotel are always clean and very hospitality.

Stay on a business trip. There is also a Hilton group, so the room quality and service were satisfactory or the breakfast was expensive for the taste, so we recommend staying overnight.

I booked a car park weeks ago. My fight was cancelled this morning and a very unhelpful employee named Mark told me that I would need to book another day s stay to keep my car from being towed. I only needed to push back my pick up time 5 hours! He was unwilling to offer any other options. Way does not have the option to book only 5 hours, obviously. So I had to pay $22 for 5 more hours of parking. Having to change flights and transportation was stressful enough, now I have the added cost of 2 more days of parking when I already paid for the full day today. I will never park at this Doubletree again and will advise my friends to do the same. Truly terrible hospitality.

Breakfast was just OK. Restaurant service is very poor. Rooms are nice but lacking.

The beds were comfortable. The extras I wanted were there when we got back to the hotel. The location was wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed here with the Freedom club on my way to MEPS. It's a beautiful hotel and very polite staff.

Room was really nice and spacious. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet was decent and service was great.

Stayed 11/9-11/11/17. Got a wedding block and the presidential suite for my sister's wedding. The rooms are nice. There wasn't a microwave in the regular rooms, which was an issue for my family who had kids but it was fine me. Besides that, the rooms were standard but quality. The suite was big and had a nice bathroom. Ventilation and heating were really the only problems. We couldn't find vent switches for the bathroom so it steamed up easily. The suite was drafty and it was a very cold wedding weekend; we had the thermostat at 75 and the room hovered around 68-70 even though there was a lot of us getting ready.

Also had the wedding rehearsal and dinner at the hotel. Staff was very accommodating to our asks. There was also a shuttle to and from the wedding hall. And of course their cookies.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay. Would definitely consider if we have to stay in the Arlington area again.

The DoubleTree by Hilton was a decent place to say the night of my Brother-in-law s wedding. Clean and contemporary, the hotel visually impressed from lobby to room. The room was very spacious and comfortable but seemed to lack light. The window looked out over the roof a different part of the hotel and looked to need some maintenance.

Biggest issue was that it was not an easy to get into area. The entrance is hidden and small. If you're coming from the north be careful as google maps makes you take a back route which can be easily missed.

We had access to both a shuttle to the wedding venue and a pool but did not use either.

Place was s dump...ni fan in bathroom ..TV only had a few channels worked...food left in room on window sill behind curtains..tells you they don't clean rooms well.

Location and supplies for my professional event were great, but it didn't get five stars because of the temperature inconsistencies.

I am actually at the place right now. Their bathroom light is so visible when you are using the sink. I gag easily when I see these. It is so yucky to see it. There are only a few outlets with light fixture, and the outlets on the desk are all loose, and not functioning - useless.

Really, really, really, crappy, slow wifi. Otherwise, the rooms are fine as all other usual hotel stuff.

Super friendly staff, they keep it a clean hotel. Bar is nice, breakfast is standard.
But it's very outdated and the price is not justified. I expect more from Hilton, this is not okay, unless you are fine with 80's style. Will not come again. The other reviews must have been from hotel affiliated sources.

The hotel is very clean. The staff is accommodating and extremely patient.

Helpful friendly staff. We were greeted as friends and allowed to check in early. Room was immaculate and the mattress as comfortable as one I would have at home. We didn't have breakfast but it looked lovely and is a great value for those with kids under 16 as they eat free with a paid adult.

Could not ask for more helpful or welcoming staff. The rooms are of the good standard you expect from Doubletree and the hotel is both easy to get to and surrounded by decent options for shopping and eating. In room facilities were fine. There was no fridge, but coffee pods and an accompanying machine were on hand, as was a safe, plenty of outlets, USB charging port on the bedside alarm clock, nice office chair and desk. The bed was particularly comfortable and made for a fantastic night's sleep after a very long journey. I would not hesitate to recommend to all potentially weary travelers.

Tried to kick us out early. With complete and utter disrespect.

Attended a business event here. Everything was decent in the conference area. The food served was good. I appreciated the ample parking and easy access. My only complaint was that the internet bandwidth provided was inadequate for a business event.

Rooms were great, food at the restaurant was fantastic. I recommend the fish tacos.

Clean and roomy. I wish the toilet were low-flow, they waste so much water with the multiple flushes it takes, but it must be a Chicago thing. A bit out dated and light fixtures in the bathroom are very rusty. The beds are not double, they are standard full size and we had a hard time fitting 4 people in 2 beds that were supposed to be queen beds. Location is great. Parking is free. Very good service and excellent customer service.

I was looking for help from the front desk when I walked into the hotel. I waited for 5 minutes. No one showed up.

Clean rooms and beds really comfortable.
The shower was good and the people working there are really nice.
The restaurant is really nice and has good food.

I have recently upgraded the heater. But I can not help getting dry if I turn on the heater.

This hotel is an excellent choice for a quick overnight stay. The rooms have a clean modern finish and are very tidy. The bathroom includes useful amenities and just as elegant as the room. There is a nice consistent quality throughout the hotel with helpful and friendly staff. For the convenient location and fair price, I would be happy to stay here again.

The food provided at a professional event was quite good and they were very quick to address complaints that the room was too cold. It was a good location for the event.

Had a wonderful time. As an overnight guest we loved our room; our bed was extremely comfortable, and we love the brand of toiletries. Our room had a bit of a smoky smell (cigarette) which we did report to the front desk; they were very apologetic and promised to attend to it. As guest of an event, the only complaint would be about one part of the meal - the steaks at my table were cooked to the point of shoe leather consistency. I know, I know - that is a total first world problem and I'm embarrassed that it bothered me. Everything else, particularly the pasta, was delicious. And the service was simply terrific! Would definitely stay here again, and would look forward to attending an event here in the future!

First night here going good. Little confusing finding my way around but nothing a little reading can't fix. The door was sealed, masks are required! Very nice.

Location is nice, but not walkable to anything. They do not have any amenities available currently at the hotel (i.e. breakfast), but it is clean with spacious rooms.

We stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Chicago - Arlington Heights over 4th of July weekend, and had a great experience. The hotel was affordable, clean, and they provided free cookies at check in. I also tagged them on Twitter, and within minutes they responded. Of course, the mention was about cookies!

This hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport, too. The only issue I had was in the gym. I didn't bring gym shorts, but decided to lift one evening with my jeans on. I sat down, and felt a sharp pain in my left left. There was a sharp piece of metal sticking out under where my legs would rest. It also ripped my jeans. The manager apologized and asked me to replace the jeans and send a copy of my receipt for reimbursement. No questions asked. That is quality customer service that you can't find everywhere.

Came here for a work event in the conference rooms. Very nice inside, food was also good. If I was from out of town I would have stayed in a room however I am only a half an hour away. Overall a good experience.

The Chicago-Arlington Heights Double Tree is conveniently located right off of the highway. The rooms were clean, modern and well kept. The beds were super comfortable as well. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The cookies we received upon arrival were delicious as well. The restaurant had a great breakfast buffet with a good selection off food.

Attended the wedding of my good friends Tom and Deb. Beautiful ceremony and accommodations. Only wish I could stay longer
