I booked a car park weeks ago. My fight was cancelled this morning and a very unhelpful employee named Mark told me that I would need to book another day s stay to keep my car from being towed. I only needed to push back my pick up time 5 hours! He was unwilling to offer any other options. Way does not have the option to book only 5 hours, obviously. So I had to pay $22 for 5 more hours of parking. Having to change flights and transportation was stressful enough, now I have the added cost of 2 more days of parking when I already paid for the full day today. I will never park at this Doubletree again and will advise my friends to do the same. Truly terrible hospitality.
