I absolutely loved my stay here at the double tree...

I absolutely loved my stay here at the double tree. The suites are a great size and the location is wonderful! It's within walking distance of Disney Springs. There was always someone at the concierge desk to help with any questions and even the doormen were personable in all their actions. There were a few setbacks that kept my review from being a perfect 5 stars... the main one: a rude desk agent around 11:30 pm on 9.1.2018. She found it more important to cast judgement and rudely answer questions to which hadn't been asked. Had it not been for everyone else on staff that were great... this rating would have been lower. It only takes 1 bad apple... the second reason is because there was a hair floating in the water reservoir of our keurig. Yuck! Other than these 2 things, this location was perfect.
