It looked nice, was only their for an event at the ballroom so I can't say too much about the hotel itself

I rented a small conference room for a business planning meeting. The staff was courteous and responsive. On arrival, the conference room had been set up to my specifications with seating, presentation materials, and refreshments.

Comfy and clean. Breakfast -- meh. Good front desk service staff. Grateful for shuttle service

Our stay at this Hilton was wonderful from the start. When we checked in we were given 2 free breakfast passes and a free drink pass. The room was beautiful and clean. The food was amazing! The staff were extremely nice, even going as far as telling us how to get to Washington DC and the Zoo. Having the shuttle was wonderful. Our stay here at the Hilton was unexpected, but we are pleased and extremely grateful for everything. If we are ever in the area again, we will be staying here!

T-Boy and Erica at the front desk were so helpful and interesting to meet and get to know a bit.

Good locations. Friendly staff. Could have used a softer bed , but i have a broke shoulder cant expect anyplace to cater to that.

This is the entire list of problems with my room: Caulk all over bathroom wall, Broken shower head, bathroom doorknob broke, stains all over bed, black bugs in bed, Not free WiFi unlike some other hotels and there was a hole in the bottom of the bathroom door. The front desk was very nice and helpful though. Its good if you're just staying for a night or two, but not for a week.

The room was clean but the drain in the shower wasn't working good and the water just kept building up and our tv remote wasn't working properly and we called the front desk and they said someone will be up to fix it and no one came, so I finally called them back and told them that we were going to bed and to cancel the person who was supposed to come.

No more Hilton properties. Never again. The brand is running down and grasping at straws for the reputation and service it used to represent. Housekeeping is abysmal, Floors unswept, dirty wash cloths still hanging off of shower head, garbage cans not emptied. Front desk staff is rude.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room. Expensive breakfast.

The employees are very kind. The rooms were pretty good although friends complained about missing some things and the floors being dirty.

Don't let the outside fool you inside very nice staff is very friendly

If you want to actually sleep this isnt the right hotel.you can hear everything from the room. I was even on the 7thfloor. They dont enforce quiet during late night hours. I was up til 4am becuase of partying going on.

Restaurant is expensive and the food is subpar at best. Lobby and bar staff got upset we brought in outside food. Well if the hotel food was edible and reasonable we wouldn't have brought outside food in. Gym is super small. Booked a room with a fridge and mw, but did not get one. Had to make repeated calls to front desk to rectify. Probably wouldn't stay at the Hilton again.

The staff is friendly and professional. My room was probably in need of a deep clean and the hotel in general is ready for an update. There was good water pressure in the shower, and my bed was very comfortable.

I went to the hotel restaurant and couldn't get a cocktail because the bartender hasn't shown up which was too bad.

Mostly great. Only negatives were the TV not working properly and they didn't have any toothpaste, just these disposable tooth brushes with toothpaste already on them. They taste awful and the brush is horrible. Don't forget your toothpaste!

Hotel seemed a little old but it was still nice. Not sure if there is a fire station nearby or if something was going on but there were a lot of sirens at different times. The staff was amazing. The one night clerk took the time to learn my name and remember me when I came in the next night. I was going to give the hotel a 3 star until I got in the shower. It was amazing. I have not been in a hotel shower with that much water pressure in a long time. It was so awesome. Made my whole stay.

The Hilton had a starbucks within the hotel which I enjoyed a lot! The WiFi was very fast also. They had a washroom, gym, and pool. Would definitely recommend to any individual who wants a nice stay at a hotel.

The old Hilton breakfast has a little more attention than other chain stores, the equipment is old and clean, and the shower room has plenty of hot water.

This my birthday weekend and this was the worse hotel I ve ever stayed ....first of all there is really on two amenity which is free parking and a pool, they disregarded my reservations , a housekeeper walked in my room , the worse experience ever and I ve been too hundreds of hotels especially Hilton none of the pictures look like this hotel I ll post real pictures so you guys can stay far away from this hotel....it s rated a 4star and it s really a 2 star hotel only 2 stars is because it s close to DC

Hotel is outdated and stuffy. The lobby looks nice and that's about it. The staff is horribly rude, this isn't based on one stay, this is based on several. I will never stay here again and the few times I did was only due to it being the cheapest in the area. The staff are beyond rude. The van is also raggedy and the A.M driver has an attitude when picking up. It took over 45 mins for the driver to get us from abt a mile away. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Very nice hotel. No refrigerator in room and trash cans were tiny. Otherwise, very clean and fresh.

My friends and I have had the worst experienced ever, as I wanted to do something different for my daughter birthday I decided to book several rooms (5) to make sure my princess and her guest had enough room to party. Our rooms were not equipped with microwaves or refrigerators, the beds are more like full size not queens, but that was all surpassed, the worst experienced has been going to the pool were you would think kids will be allow to have so much fun, the moment that we walked in our nightmare started, the life guard on duty was very disrespectful and rude told the girls they couldnt go into the hot tub with us being there, the sign on one of the walls States it's your responsibility as a parent if your child gets hurt. He started following everyone around, said girls could only use a tiny towel like the one you may use to dry your face to cover there bodies when temperature outside the pool was about 50 degree. As my husband is seating down with two towels under him because the chairs were wet from previous guest, he walked up to him and asked him to get up and started searching him around to see if he had any big towels with him, he was also taking pictures of all the girls it was a total disrespect. I went to the front desk and asked to speak to the manager on duty, he was very nice and apologize for the inconvenience, said thats not hotel policy regarding the towels. Manager went down to the pool area and apologized to my guest, then the stupid life guard came back and noticed my friend was in hottub with her 10 year old daughter and started yelling at her to get out, I had to contact the front desk again manager came back and addressed him after the manager left, he continued to be rude and nasty. As a gold member I deserved more than just an apology, I dont blamed the Manager he was very nice, I blamed hilton for not hiring 3rd party contractors that have excellent costumer service skills. I will never again visit this hotel, we paid to enjoy and in returned we had the worst costumer service experience ever.

Hotel is filthy pool is 3 feet deep and the hot tub is broken. I did call ahead to verify both were working and available. The room has been sprayed with a horrible apple scented freshener that is disgusting. Trashy hotel not worth even the discount.

Horrible. Don t ever stay here. When we checked in the water was not working. Then they were testing the fire alarm for two days straight, didn t tell us that it was a test so we evacuated, and then had alarms going off all day the next day too, which made it impossible to sleep or do any work. Find somewhere else!

Business, overnight stay. Courteous staff. Room - Quaint, quiet, effective. Decor doesn't necessarily scream Hilton, however.

A bit date. But still a nice hotel. Inexpensive for the region, but a bit far from metro for tourists.

Using the corporate discount, the room is certainly worth the money. However, I can't say that I would stay here if the cost wasn't so low from my company.

We were woken up by a fire alarm test today, after 15 minutes of loud noise we go ask the front the desk how much longer this will last and the manager who was on duty was just plain disrespectful. Saying we should have read a sign under the counter before we checked in, instead of saying something like "sorry about this, it will be over in a minute" which would have been enough...

Then he immediately took a phone call and walked away.

The place isn't bad but the guy's attitude makes this the one Hilton we will NEVER visit again.

P.S. If this was already scheduled, then the person that welcomed us last night should have mentioned it.
You can't expect your guests to read every single piece of paper you have hanging on the walls.

Ayy bruh the rooms r clean and the hotels pretty whatelse do you need

A good sized room with a comfortable bed. The breakfast bar is unusually good, with made to order omlets, sausage, potatoes, grits and fresh fruit. It is also very close to NIST, which makes this the ideal place to stay when visiting. The only complaint I have is that the wait staff was overwhelmed during my second breakfast, so the coffee was slow in coming.

Dated old tiny rooms. "Deluxe" room with the balcony had one chair and peeling paint. No fridges in regular rooms, but you can see they used to be there. Let me state again, these rooms are SMALL. That bathrooms are on part with airplane lavatories. I'm 5'10 175 and getting dressed in there was a challenge. The photos on Google are quite misleading. I'd imagine quite a few of them are from the suite. Not your standard room. The balcony featuring a table and 2 chairs? Must have been an upgrade we didn't get.

Check in time is 3pm, but I had to wait until 5 for the second room I booked (which, wasn't even the correct room. After selecting rooms a day ahead I was bumped from one).

Staff is cold. Not very outgoing. Some hard to understand.

There seem to be a few other hotels in the area that are newer/more updated. I'd suggest those.

Housekeeping is awesome and the best part of my stay.

Overall, the stay was great! Timothy at the front desk was very friendly to everyone.
Room service that was requested did not take place as requested for the reason of the 4 star and the trash from a previous guest was under the bed.

I can't attest to the rooms as I've never stayed here. I've only met with a work colleague on two occasions in the lobby resturant and we've always enjoyed the food, service, and atmosphere.

The room itself was fair... a bit dated and there were no USB ports in the room....at all. With the cost of this room there should at least be one. I have stayed in multiple hotels in the area and was in shock and quite pissed that I couldn t charge my devices. It s been almost 2 weeks since I ve checked out of this antiquated hotel and they have yet to return my deposit. Will never stay again...

Very ordinary. Sufficient but in no way special. Food service was not on the ball. The place is also under renovation and guess that shouldn't be held against them but it didn't improve the situation any. But in a generally 3 star world I guess the met the standard.

To begin with, I was greeted by Timothy with a smile at the front desk! He gave me a complimentary water to quench my thirst which I loved. They gave me one of the updated rooms.. let me tell you, it s so so so gorgeous!! The beds are extremely extremely comfortable and so are the comforters and pillows! I slept like a legit baby all night. The tv s are huge and I love it. The bathrooms are so beautiful and well lit to mention the water pressure in the showers were very powerful and someone like me who has back issues and having a great water pressure for hot water was great. I live in the area and tend to get a hotel randomly 2-3 times a month to get away from my everyday busy life and I can honestly say it felt like I wasn t even in the area it felt like I was at a 5 star hotel in Miami! The cleanliness of my room was impeccable and sanitized past expectations which is something I m grateful for because of Covid. Thank you doubletree for a great experience!!! Will be returning very very very soon

We booked this hotel mainly for the pool. Only to be told upon check in that it was closed. I expressed that I didn t understand why the property was advertising its pool facilities when they couldn t be used. Upon entering my room, the nightstand jor and the ice bucket contained trash from a previous guest. This was especially concerning due to the coronavirus and realizing that rooms were not being cleaned properly. Also beware of their breakfast scam. We were given bags with an apple, a yogurt and a mini muffin only to be charged $50 after being given the impression that the bags were a complimentary breakfast.

Great place to stay, had shuttle to local transportation clean and friendly.

Not a good experience at all. Dirty room which smelled of smoke. No fridge. Many things not working including hotel phone. AC leaks water into room so carpet soaked.

Hotel is nice, rooms are updated, restaurant and bar are comfortable.

As there is a church I saw when I went to a conference there so the banquet halls
Are big and there are several they can be used for many things the staff were fantastic the food had great flavor what I was not allergic to on the buffet they kept up

I would use if I wanted a wedding near by the location is easy next to the back of the county fair grounds so there is a lot Montgomery county could do with it. A wonderful Hilton hidden in a great spot with fantastic staff amazing foods and easy to get to if you k ow how to find it.

Food was terrible, burnt my waffle and i waited for clean towels and wash clothes for about 8 hours. Restaurant ran out of plates.
