They made no attempt to deliver the books I had ordered online. They falsely marked that my delivery address was "locked" when in fact I had used my office address which is always open. They have silently arranged for the books to be sent back without even contacting me once all through.

There is nothing more worse than their service. Item is lying in madiwala from past three days and when I called they are saying they do not have manpower to deliver the item. But they updated in the online tracking that "customer asked for delivery on another date". This is the same status from three days. I have the audio recording of the conversation will update in Bangalore websites and on facebook soon.

5 days and no update on the website. The tracking number shows no detail except they received the package. The website doesn't even have a customer care number. Even the Government Post service is better than yours. There wasn't option for minus point else, I would have given rating in minus.

I have placed an order from "Zotezo" 1 week ago but i am not able to track the Courier details in DotZot. i really hate this Courier service, even i called the "DotZot customer care executive" to get my courier details but they also could n't track my detalis and they are saying that it will take 2 more days to update the courier status.
