DotZot Review

Very worst service, they don't know where is Manyata Tech Park. And they providing false information, one of my parcel from Flipkart was to deliver to me on 5th Nov 2018 but I didn't get any call from them. And the funny part is they provide the delivery person number as wrong. And in their website I pinned my locatolo also... Then I contacted the customer care they told today i.e 06 Nov 2018 they will deliver... Till now I didn't got any response...

Worst courier service.Full of employees who cheat and harass customers.Duped me of Rs. 1504

I do not want to give them even 1 star. Pathetic service not sure why they even exist.

Much disappointing n stressful.I had ordered something via online n the respective company chose DOTZOT for delivery.
DOTZOT will just send an SMS saying "customer not available" though we are.And,the delivery boy disconnects the call or keeps his phone switched off when we try to get in touch with them.

I had to contact their office multiple times n I was prompted to share order Id everytime which was quite irritating.They never give a right time of delivery n I had to wait one whole day waiting for the delivery.

Hard to believe that this sort of irresponsible courier service exists in a city like Bangalore !!!

Most worst service I have ever seen...DotZot must close down there services...DotZot websites have put up fake phone No's of there offices in different city...DotZot is damaging the E-commerce brands like Paytm etc....

Worst shipping company. No POC, customer service has no idea what is happening on ground
