I originally contacted Mr. Dorsey in the days leading up to my move to PA because of his online recommendations and location in my community. Once I was able to reach Mr. Dorsey, he was pleasant and patient while explaining the coverages and how they are different in PA. I did have some trouble making connection with his office originally (and later in receiving policy documents) but I assume this was only a hiccup of some type. In fact, Mr. Dorsey reached out to me personally with an explanation the same day that I left a review detailing my frustrations.
Because of this personal attention to customer service, I have amended this review to reflect my experience. I am happy to keep my business with Dorsey & Assoc.
