As a consumer of all things, including car insurance LOL I found my experience with Kay, to be easy breezy. She was very helpful in gathering multiple possibilities and found the best match for my budget. She was patient when asking several questions she was thorough and providing me the best information possible on multiple Insurance Company. Not once did she make me feel like I was a burden. In an industry like this it does require patient so I'm so thankful that I finally got my insurance through her and Dorsey Associates.
