Great looking hotel. 5 stars all the way. Didn't stay at the hotel but had dinner at BLT Prime. Great food, views of the golf course. Pricey but worth it.

Trump Doral is awesome. Budget-friendly luxury travel. The amenities exceeded our expectations. The staff are amazing.

SWANKY. Lots of marble and fine finishes. Feels rich. We bar hopped the whole place and thoroughly enjoyed each spot. Service is friendly and impeccable.

If you are a golfer and in the Miami area, this is a great place to stay. Golf & 4 har Tru tennis courts.

stayed for the hurricane matthew viewing party... staff friendly accommodations were good, restaurant prices however are very steep ($60 for two burgers and an onion soup!)

Meh. Overpriced, poor service, and the "updated" infrastructure is seriously lacking. Our elevator never worked so we spent the weekend in a three story walk up.

Customer Service is beyond phenomenal. There was simply nothing they said no to. From Check-in to Check-out everything was on the 10s. I have read the other reviews, and for did not have any of the negative experiences that others had - either we were blessed, or they stayed at another resort because there was no negatives about Trump Doral.

Hotel was nicely decorated. Regular parking (non valet) is a 10 minute walk from the hotel if a shuttle doesn't pass by. Despite having my parking ticket validated, the machine couldn't read it and I had to pay for parking on top of the company paying for the validation.... $30 for parking a few hrs. Hotel is decorated beautifully and bathrooms are spotless. Decent sandwiches.

I'm only giving it 1 star because the golf courses are decent. The service at this place is horrible! The food is over priced. I had a $20 cheeseburger and it was burnt and not even edible. I ordered bbq sauce to try and suck it down and they sent a-1 sauce. We ate dinner at BLT and it was so bad the manager gave us a free lunch the next day and that service was so bad he had to apologize again. My bill was overcharged $140 and they wouldn't take it off. The only reason I paid it bc I was running late for my flight thinking I could call and get it reimbursed when I got home. I've sent numerous emails and left two voicemails and haven't gotten one response. No wonder the Donald can fund his own election. I wouldn't spend a dime at this place if I were you. There are much nicer places out there for the amount of money it cost. Oh and the cartboy told me to leave my golf shoes by my bag and he would load it in my travel bag. Never saw them again. Treat yourself somewhere else.

The service was great along with the room which was also good and they even would bring you from your villa on a golf cart to wherever you wanted inside the resort

I ve stayed here multiple times and service has been 100% perfect every time. Atmosphere is beautiful and rooms are clean and luxurious. Breakfast is awesome with a nice view. You ll love evening walks around the property.

The hotel is a beauty. Very clean, good service and very nice. But a tip for the one who stays there. I went for one night and they charged my card 103 dollars for a dinner I never had. When I went to claim they had put my room number. OjO check your bills. The other, I ordered a breakfast in the room. For a jumble 3 toast an orange juice and 3 parks charged me 62 dollars. Look before buying anything.

The hotel site is beautiful. There were also night time golf events to take part in with light up golf balls. Great experience.

Hotel is very clean and well maintained. Grounds are immaculate however the layout of the villas tends to be a bit too spread out. You'll do a lot of walking. Room service took over an hour for delivery and food was underwhelming. As a business conference location, there are probably other places that would suit the need better.

It is a very large hotel, but it is too expensive and they do not give breakfast. Two Latinos (one Venezuelan and one Mexican) who worked there were very friendly.

Beautiful resort with great amenities. Great big rooms with balconies and the most comfortable beds and pillows, true luxury. Beautiful pool area and great food by the pool. Great place to relax and recharge. Great place for families, they have kids pool with a slide.

Stayed 5 days over Christmas. Resort and golf courses were beautiful and staff very cheery and professional. Rooms very comfortable and for the price I would say a very good value.Can't wait to go back.!!

Valet staff were not helpful. Room was nice but many things did not seem worth the money.

The hotel grounds are extremely beautiful. The rooms are clean, nice but not the most spacious. The service has been great. Everyone is very attentive and will go out of their way to help you. I attended a professional event and the grand ballroom is very nice. I didn't get a chance to do any golfing but based on my visit so far I would really recommend this hotel.

I've been here 2 times and the 1st time was great nice room, nice service and I had a decent time. The second time (right now) I decided to bring my parents and sister (4) and we booked a king suit room. When we went to check in, not only was the lady a complete jerk, but she wouldn't even agree to give us the room we originally booked and already paid for. They demanded we pay an extra 400 total for the couple nights we are here even though we already booked that room at the price. They said take it or leave it, no refund. MY SISTER AND I ARE TAKING TURNS SLEEPING ON THE FLOOR!! my parents in the other bed. What is this?! Not worth it for the price, go somewhere else you're appreciated for being a repeat customer!

Beautiful property. Golf course, spa, restaurants, shops, meeting spaces. Didn't get a chance to check everything out, but it's a decent sized property. Expect to pay resort and parking fee.

Checkin was excellent. Rooms were great. Service was excellent. Only area that needs improvements is the Valet get the cars quickly but are not eager to give rides to the rooms with the golf cart that are available. They were absolutely the only area that could have been better.

My first visit to this hotel I was expecting more with such lovely grand lobby area and the lovely view of the golf court...I could hear the voices from next door and I was walking on wooden floors. Staff was courteous so that was GOOD

I couldn't play golf unfortunately. Great rooms, all stylish, big, nice linens and king size bed, etc. Great service but forget late dinning, all closed. We came on a transoceanic flight, so we ordered room service: two baguettes with turkey and pastrami... Received a bag with two soap breads... Not yummy. I'll not come back.

Stayed at this resort for Labor Day. Location is beautiful! Hotel was maintained perfectly, rooms were very clean and the staff was SUPER AMAZING. Despite of the fact that the hotel was crowded they individually took care of each and every customer satisfaction. I am so happy that we stayed that Trump National. I thank the management for the great service! They purely justify the price we paid for hotel. Overall I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone

Blue Monster Golf Course. I played the Blue Monster for the first time in November 2017. I got a rate of $230 from GolfNow. Even for that (its normally $400), it was way overpriced. The course is looking tired and feels just like any old holiday resort course. I would say the only memorable holes are 11, 14 and 16, which are the shorter par 4s. The long holes with water down one side are just kind of dull, especially as he water is all brown. Views are nothing to write home about - you dont see much from the corse apart from condo buildings. I played the Gold too and to be honest, i found that to be more interesting, even though its not great. I mean, $400 is Pebble Beach and Pinehurst 2 prices and double the price of the amazing Streamsong courses.

Staying at the Trump National Doral as an overnight guest, the biggest thing that stuck out to me was the exceptional service. The bellhops are able to drive you around the campus conveniently to your car and help carry heavy boxes. Guest services will attend to every concern even if they are stupid, like when I accidentally triggered the heating system and thought the room was going to burn down. All in all, the only thing I can complain about is the lack of covered parking, such as a parking garage. Staying for multiple nights and leaving a rental car out in the Miami heat is not ideal.
