Had a conference and services were below expectations

Just spent 10 days at the Trump Doral with my family. We had an amazing time. The service is sensational. We felt like royalty sitting by the pool. The rooms were beautiful. Clean. New. The facilities were fabulous and everyone was friendly and accommodating. I can not recommend this property highly enough. Only downside was having Way too many pics of jack Nicholas in our room. Other than that...

Very happy with this very nice weekend place, my respects for the manager Mr. PHILIP LAFOND quality of person, work hard and put the high name of this hotel, we experienced an incident with a Cuban lady who works in the hotel as pool attendant she was very rude when she took us out of the adult pool. My little daughters, my husband and I went down to the hot tub in the area of the pool of aldultos did not know that this pool was for adults only, it was 9 AM and there was no one still in the pool and this lady took us out of the pool In a very rude way, I asked to speak with the manager and when talking with the manager Mr. Philip Lanfond resolved it and apologized for the bad mood with this worker of the hotel, we sedio a cabin with all the amenities of the same Very grateful to God first and then to the manager who knows how to treat his clients well and works hard and with exelecia for his bosses. We definitely recommend it, and we'll be back soon.

First time at Trump Doral. Check in was fabulous, nice people at the desk and very helpful. BLT prime was Unbelievable service and food! The staff gave us the popover recipe. Staff EXCEPTIONAL, Mohitos were fabulous and great mint.

Dogs are allowed outside and the cutest Siberian Husky!

Great customer service! You get treated very well by the staff! Rooms are clean and tidy and tv is HD and plenty of channels to watch! I didn't explore much else at the hotel but give this 5 star for the room and service!

The golf course is way over priced, save you money for anything else. It is not a WOW course like other course $400+ courses, Florida has so many other golf courses that are so much better than this one.

This resort is amazing, and I'm not even a golfer. Attention to every last detail, super responsive staff, and excellent food. If it's in your budget, upgrade to a suite, you won't be dissapointed!!!

Beautiful!! The grounds are absolutely beautiful. Staff is so friendly and helpful.....there are resturants on site as well, they have really thought of everything here. Would definitely recommend this place!

I spent 30 minutes at the main desk on a Sunday to ensure that a birthday gift be delivered to a guest on Monday mornbing. The process included filling out paperwork, writinig a personal note to my friend; spending the time having the purchase registered on my credit card, and then learn the gift was not delivered. Had to call the desk 24 hours later. The main desk staff was overwhelmed and had just one staff person serving less than a half hour following the Cadillac Championship. This is a 5-star resort? Maybe in landscaping, but not in personalized service. Spoiled the birthday opportunity for a friend who spent well to stay the night.

Exceptional service and the very tasteful rooms, little animated especially the pool area offers very little.

Clean large room. Spectacular golf course. Great breakfast ... I recommend to put the raw vegetables. Good pool and there is also a relaxation pool course for adults

Overpriced motel. My daughter cut her foot on a piece of glass in the pool. Service was incredibly slow.

The property in itself is beautiful, with heavy Spanish influence on the architecture. Elegant, yet as expected everything is overpriced. Charging $9 for a Fuji water is ridiculous. The room was an upgrade but it was kind of small, and the carpets were dirty. Also they limit the number of devices allowed on the internet, and make you pay for upgraded internet.

I bought 2 tickets for Santana concert on ticeketmaster for March 7/2015 at 7:00 pm and was a complete disaster and we decided to return home. I want my money back!!! I called Ticketmaster and they told me that the responsibility is yours, so I need an answer. Like me others will reclaim...

Great Golf Course good challenge very fair with not being overly tight but it's a Players golf course great greens staff is friendly way overpriced

My go to spa since 2001. No other spa has it's own free standing facility and a truly adult only experience. Maritza has been doing my facials since the beginning and it's been a year that I get massages with Patricia. They are the best.

Very well kept golf facility. Played the Golden Palm course. Not the toughest of courses but has some tough holes with the occasional water hazard. Driving range was unlimited with a purchased round. Would play there again if the price was right

My family came here for a business conference. Our great experience once we got there at the front desk with Olivia. She was so nice. During our conference we had a golf outing. The staff was unbelievable. Once the conference was over, we went to the pool area. George was our server. He was excellent. Amazing service. Philip, the food and beverage director, went out of his way to stop by any chance he got to make sure we were having an a great experience. He even went above and beyond to set up a reservation for us to go to the beach on our last day. I will definitely be coming back. One of the best, if not, the best experience I've ever had at a resort.

A hotel with a capital A, a charming luxury place and clean air. The Trump chain is a guarantee, really nice and certainly well-attended certainly the paid parking is not really cheap but functional beautiful the congress hall seems to be at San Siro x its size. I recommend you do not touch the water available in the room (2 bottles 15 dollars) or worse still the very expensive room service.

The grounds seemed nice and well kept. Had brunch in the resturant. I expected the food to be better than it was. The cream was bad when it was poured in my coffee and broke apart and spoiled. I was surprised to see that here at Trumps place. The service was good at the table.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms and suites are very nice. HOWEVER, parking is expensive, $36/night for valet or $24/night for self park but be prepared to walk a 1/4 mile back to your room. Rooms don't have microwaves, if you want one it will cost $30. Pools and Jacuzzis close at around 8-9 or sundown. Seriously Donald....c'mon, even some Motel 6s have jacuzzi that are open later. After a long day on the course I would have liked to soak a sore back in a hot tub with jets...don't expect that here. Last but not least the bathrooms in the rooms don't have locks on the doors, be sure you trust your roommates. Lol!

We stayed at Trump Doral for 2 weeks and it was exceptionally great! This resort is extremely clean, quite. All of the employees were friendly and helpful. This place has the best professional service it was outstanding! We will stay here when visiting our family.

I stayed at the Arnold Palmer villa for several days. We had several meals catered by the staff. Each was outstanding. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was well appointed and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in at a hotel or a resort.

Went to play golf there for the day. The hotel was beautiful! The floors were huge one piece slabs of marble! The golf course was amazing! Only thing I didn't like was the golf carts would stop on certain parts of the course and it got very annoying. I mean, it makes sense so nobody messes with their grass.

Staying for business, the Trump Doral was a great surprise. A truly beautiful golf course(s), great views of the greens from the conference rooms and restaurants, and absolutely great service. I want to stress how attentive that the staff was. Friendly, fast, and courteous. Kudos to management for keeping the staff engaged and apparently happy in their work.

I recently visited the Trump National for a sales conference. The property is very nice as you would expect. The rooms, in my opinion,can use a refresh and everything there is expensive. The meeting facilities and food was above average.

I went over for lunch and everything was great! Scenery and location is beautiful! My only complaint is that drinks and food did take forever!

Fantastic location. Well maintained grounds, and top notch service all the way around. We had an excellent weekend on the various courses. I absolutely recommend staying here for a bit of relaxation and at least a round of golf.

Pricey, and everything is an add-on. No free coffee, parking pool use, etc. But beautiful and clean.

We had a wonderful experience with your service providers from the golf cart offer to take us to our car, to the food handlers, to the waiter, to the head waiters. We had an extraordinary time with Sergio, and Mauro. Everybody was super friendly. We were serviced with a smile and staff went over and beyond with kindness and professionalism.
