My favorite hotel in Doral, worth paying what it costs, it's a beauty, the beds are too comfortable, amazing service, food quality super go back a thousand times

Went here in October 2012 part of a Tim Hortons work trip. Enjoyed my stay and would love to return, not work related so I can enjoy a longer stay! Loved it!

Elegant facilities and very fine attention, especially from Azizah and Javier, in the bar-restaurant.

Service is impeccable. Golf course is nice. Spa is awesome.

Worst place ever disgusted by the service I was given.

Unbeatable rooms, elegant building, enough parking, very friendly staff. A great golf course in excellent condition. However I must mention that spending the night here is a bit expensive although you will hardly find comparison to this hotel.

Beautiful resort. Pricey, but you should already know that if you're considering staying here in the first place. Staff is very curious. Only complaint....the bed is absolutely horrible! Maybe I'm just spoiled with my bed at home. By far the worst sleep I've ever had at a 5 star resort tho.

Very nice rooms and facilities. The staff has been top notch in all they provided with us. Will say, food is pricey so be aware of that. A chicken wrap with a can of coke and chips is $40! Otherwise, beautiful place stay

Trump National Doral is the truly the pinnacle of golf and the epitome in excellence of golf quality coupled with great friendly staff. Played the Blue Monster, and it is very challenging with stunning visuals of course design and the clubhouse. Without a doubt, this tops my list along side Whistling Straits.

Stayed there a few months ago. In the morning we turned the thermostat on which was already set to auto. The thermostat caused heat to come out of the vent without us adjusting the temp or anything else. We went to breakfast and came back to smoke alarms going off. The incredibly pompous staff came to our room and immediately saw the thermostat set to auto. They accused us of causing the alarm to go off and treated us like trash. I had my $90,000 Mercedes suv out front and my family of 5 with me. This hotel looks somewhat fancy, but God forbid anything go wrong because the entire staff acts arrogant even though they knew their hotel had faulty thermostat issues with a horrible stench when the heat came on. DO NOT STAY HERE.

I am an enthusiast music lover and what could have been a wonderful experience turned out into a bit of a nightmare. Carlos Santana, been a big fan since I was 6 or 7 years old. Night of the concert is raining, friends and I know that this is an open venue, we were supposed to have seats but we wanted to get there early. Concert, as per the ticket states that event starts at 7 PM. We get to the designated parking area(about 4-5 blocks away) at about 5:45 PM; we were supposed to be taken by shuttle buses to where the concert was going to be held. The closest parking lot was charging $50.00 and with a reservation. We parked, asked one of the parking attendants were the buses were, he did not know. We start walking, then get to where there were about 5-6 buses, and waited for about 20 minutes under the rain to board one of these buses but no one showed up. Finally a kind driver stopped and told us that we needed to walk about another mile to be picked up. So we walked some more. Then we get to the "security" screening area before boarding the buses. The rudest, nastiest guy starts walking around the line telling people that blankets, big bags and "handbags" of a certain size are not allowed (mind you, mine was small for practicality) and that he was not going to allow us to board the bus and we needed to take them back to the car, as simple as that, "I won't let you board a bus, this is a Trump event and this is different." There was no posting of these rules anywhere, not on the tickets, not anywhere to be seen. So our choice again, walked back to the car, risking that it could be broken into since a lot of people had to take purses and other things to the car. We finally get to the place of the concert, 7:10 PM. Right at the entrance after they scanned the tickets, "Oh, BTW, are you aware that Carlos Santana starts playing at 10 PM? WTH!!!

I saw him last year at the casino resort in Hollywood and the wait has never been this long. Whatever.....

We walked in, then we see people with blankets, backpacks and I even saw a few chairs. Helloooooo. Started looking for "our AMEX designated area yeah, right. If you did not get VIP you were totally screwed. For the rest of the people, including my friends and me, though luck. See if you can find a spot where you might be able to catch a glimpse of the stage, as someone had the brightest idea to block the view with concession stands in the middle. Thank you very much!!!

We were wet, with nothing to sit on and unable to view the stage. By the time Carlos Santana started playing at 9:50 we were beat, 12 of us. We stayed there until about 11 PM, did not want to stay till the end to avoid the crowd leaving.

I have never been to a more disorganized concert venue.

I am very disappointed, was extremely upset last night. And.... I would never go back there.

Luxurious resort. Clean and spacious room. Very nice pool and fitness center. Self parking is little bit far from each villa, but shuttle runs every few minutes.

Friends and I had fun playing the Monster, but astonishing lack of water / sunscreen on the course (issue in the 85+ degree heat). Locker room needs an attendant. Showers got cold after few minutes. Nice time, amenities seriously lacking

The absolute best Resort I've ever been to so far! The service here is spot on! I just flew in from The Marina Bay Sands Singapore and I can tell you the Trump National Doral beats them hands down in customer and professional services! Trump National Doral makes you feel like you own the place! For a minute I felt like l was Donald Trump! Lol

Beautiful resort. Stunning grounds, 3 great pools one with a slide. Very kid friendly.

We decided to spend Valentines day at Trump National Doral Miami. It was the best decision we made! We ve stayed at other high end hotels, but this one was best by far! The beautiful rooms, the friendly and professional staff. Everyone was so helpful and it made our stay that much better. Each morning we ate breakfast in the BLT Prime, Y. Meza was our server the two days we ate there. She was personable and always greeted us with a warm smile, making our stay that much more enjoyable. We ll definitely be staying at the Trump National Doral again!

Ok, not great. Played golf here in Feb, didn t stay so can t comment on accommodation.

Golf courses very well kept and for the money they should be!! Played Red Tiger, quite quirky, lots of water, holes become a bit repetitive. Go for the experience, but not the memories. Staff are ok. Strange that parking is an additional $12 on site when a group of 6 are paying well over $1500 on golf, food and drinks!! its the little things that make a difference....

Very nice resort. Quality is seen all around and in every aspect of this place. Servixe was also pretty good. They habe a dexent pool and even a nice little slise for the kiddies to enjoy....and some "big kids at heart"!

Great property. The grounds were very well kept. I loved it!! We extended to stay an extra night because the beds were so comfy and we enjoyed ourselves so much. The hot tub was very hot!! I loved it!!

Beautiful property with finely appointed guest rooms. A golfer's paradise with 4 challenging courses. The blue monster being the most famous for it's tough holes!

Amazing staff! My husband accidentally left the rental car keys in the golf cart and realized hours later. There was a golf staff member from Michigan who was able to locate them in the near 300 carts and had to crawl through the tightly packed lot of parked carts to locate them. Larry from the front desk always referred to us by our names even if it just in passing. We plan to return next year.

I stayed at the same resort more than a decade ago before it underwent a major renovation. It was a tired resort at that time, really in need of some serious investment. It is now top notch. The villas have all been upgraded and it is a very comfortable place to stay. We attended a conference and had a meeting room booked for the entire time and our customers moved from meeting to meeting (essentially business speed dating) very easily as all of the hospitality rooms were in the same villa. The BLT restaurant in the main reception was good food for lunch, but really slow. There is a heavy golf theme in each villa. This time I stayed in the Jack Niklaus Villa. The afternoons were wet with rain showers, but the resort provides umbrellas which is very helpful. They also use a test number for guest services. I used the text service a few times. The text responses were quick and thorough.

Very expensive everything but the hotel is very nice

Room is excellent. Only issue is parking. Shuttle to parking lot every 15 mins would be good.

Flight got cancelled so we ended up staying another night, I got a reservation in 10 minutes on the same day. Definitely recommend.

Class! However, I was looking for the sales office and I had to go to three employees to find one that knew the word sales.

Arduous salt free diet with health changes and rigorous, multidiciplined exercise programs in a beautiful place for 2 weeks. It works!

Great golf course is the Blue Monster , everything is a short walk away , the staff was wonderful , yes it's pricey but that's they way all the resorts are , can't wait to go back again . Played it August 20 and it was in pristine condition , enjoyed every minute of it .

Beautiful very scenic and staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are gorgeous with alot of gold finishings.

From the valet staff that greeted us with a professional, friendly smile to the wait staff at breakfast before we left the experience and stay at this fabulous resort was exceptional! The property is gorgeous. But what stood out was the staff and service. The hospitality of the staff was 2nd to none!

Sub par overall.. my toilet was clogged for half the stay

Location is a bit secluded from Miami's main attractions. Hallways in the villa smelt musty and the elevators were dated and took too long considering it's only three floors. Rooms were clean and the tv was mint. If your here only to play golf or for business it's decent but I wouldn't recommend if you're looking to enjoy Miami.

It is comfortable because it is wide and uncomfortable because it is resort style and there are many convenience facilities.
I think it's nice to have a good response, but the humanity seems to be a little off.
Toilets are luxurious and the terraces are less rugged
I feel a lot of antiques overall.
The water in the toilet is good, and it is cold by air-conditioner.

Overall, a wonderful and luxurious experience. We had a few hiccups that I was disappointed with but most were fixed immediately. Most of the staff was amazing and the spa was incredible.

Awesome place. Staff is friendly and courteous. However bring extra money for your extra money. They charge for everything. It's a $300 on top of your room stay coverage. You pay for parking each night, wi fi and the use of the cabanas at the pool. Let's just say you pay for everything. Nothings included.

Everything was very welcoming. From the staff to the rooms. The best part was the bed. I ve never slept more sound in any bed ever. Even mine at home and I paid $3000 for it. I literally tried to pull the linens back to find the manufacturer. You will not be disappointed.

Prepare to walk everywhere and bring your wallet. Room was very nice and comfortable although I didn't like the posters of golfers in the room. Restaurants were very very expensive, Sunday brunch was 80 per person and 40 per child. I do not find having to ride in a golf cart everywhere quaint but it was better than hiking everywhere. If you have money to burn and really like golf this is your place.

My favorite place to relax when free time is on my hands. I really enjoy playing golf, but this fine resort offers also Spa and Wellness procedures, which is a fantastic combination in my opinion. The prices could be cheaper, but it's understandable when you consider the luxurious surroundings and the highly professional staff. I recommend "Doral" to all the golf and spa lovers out there.

Excellent service, tremendous accomodations but a bit pricey.

Blue Monster is not only a top level golf course, it s also very appropriately named. A real challenge from all sets of tees. First class experience too from valet to starter. Course was in excellent condition tee to green although it was cart path only and that may be the only con. It had not rained for over 24 hours which means the course does not drain very well. Very odd for a Florida course. Still a must play.
