Stayed here with my mom and the Bellhop "Ali" was very sweet and polite. He didn't let me carry any of my own bags and even got us some snickers from the store. Def staying here again!

Loved staying at this beautiful resort. The staff is super friendly and nice. The room was spacious and clean. Linens and pillows were so perfect that we slept late every day. A perfect place to visit if you love beautiful tranquil surroundings with amazing landscaping. All three restaurants were excellent. The gym is the best and yoga class was excellent. We will return! If you love golf, they truly have the best training facility. Try the robotic golf swing trainer.

I was extremely disappointed to share a special birthday at the Trump Doral. My partner and I were staying at the hotel for the evening. We went to BLT for a $340 steak dinner. I arranged to have a slice of birthday cake deliver to room only to be surprised by the bill for the slice of birthday cake. In all of my travels, especially staying at five star hotels, I have never had to pay for a slice of cake to celebrate a special occasion. Ended up coming to just over $35 for 1 inch slice with a couple of raspberries delivered without cutlery or napkins to the room.

The service at the hotel was horrendous I would absolutely never recommend staying here and I personally will never stay at the Trump Hotel or resort after this experience.

Too bad about the name. The nightly rate doesn't include parking. My room was so tacky and everything is gold plated. I know its a resort but prices are unrealistic. Charging for local calls?? Renting a movie is $20. Staff was excellent though.

The trump was beautiful but I was only there for a short while to have a meeting so I never actually stayed overnight. But from the short while I was there, staff was very helpful and polite.

Silver fox is challenging, lots of water. Bring extra sleeve of balls. The facilities are beautiful!

The possibility of playing 4 courses of 18 holes with an incomparable quality of grass and with a maintenance of first, in addition an excellent quality in the service and a first class meal. They are wide fairway fields and large greens but with difficulty due to their falls. High quality facilities.

Excellent place to make your special celebrations, the rooms are spectacular and the decoration first, I really recommend them 100%

My wife and I spent six weeks in the resorts Bobby Jones villa ending 12/20/14. This villa was purported to have been recently renovated. However, we experienced a repeatedly broken air conditioning, a backed up toilet, and a loose shower facet, loose toilet seat and marred bathtub. In all instances the repair was speedy, if not correct the first time. Additionally, in the two rooms we were in during our stay, the carpets were dirty (our villa supplied slipper bottoms were black after 5 days). Not expected in a recently renovated room. Room charges were steep in the mini-bar (we did not avail ourselves) and even charges for local telephone calls with a per minute fee and a steep surcharge. However, overall the rooms were quite pretty and comfortable in design and the beds are comfortable. Our housekeeper, Christina Cook, was a superior performer, both responsive, friendly and helpful. For this reason I would still recommend this resort.

Hotel property was beautiful and well maintained. Requested late check out that was granted and housekeeping interrupted me every 20 minutes. They have communication issue. Went to turn in key and was called up and the staff in the middle of helping me started working with someone that walked up, really rude . Felt unappreciated.

We stayed in SPA suite. It is one of the best place we have stayed so far. We reached there midnight and we had some hiccups with the keys and going through the parking gates, we have to go back the the reception and get it activated again. Double check with reception if the keys can open parking gates. Apart from that we enjoyed the stay here.

Just checked in at Doral. Due to heavy construction and renovation guest check-in is located at the spa and once you get your room assignment you get shuttled to your property, Upon arrival to my room, I was greeted with a power outage, so there was no lights, no working elevator and no air conditioning. I decided to drop off my bags and head to the bar, but a majority of the restaurants are closed for renovation. I found one outdoor bar, located by the pool, which was a 1/4 mile walk from my room. Being candid, I would have expected more from a Trump Property. I get that they are trying to get the course and property ready for the Doral Open, but to leave the "open for business" sign out is a stretch.

Amazing stay at the Trump National Doral. Stayed at the Bobby Jones casita and had the best housekeeper Christina that took care of all of our needs. Everyday Cristina was so happy and friendly wanting to know what she could do to make our stay better. Loved her!! We wish we could have taken her back home with us. Cannot day enough good things about our stay. Thank you Trump National Doral!! You rock!!!

Couldn't be more disappointed with Trump Hotels. Changed my location from Trump Doral to Trump Beach Resort and it was 1 day after the 5 day cancellation policy. They charged by $800 to cancel even though I was still staying at a Trump Resort. Last time I ever stay at Trump again.

Excellent dining with a beautiful view over golf course with ponds, fountains, and beautifully landscaped grounds.service was outstanding and all food was top notch.Filet was prepared perfectly as ordered and we loved the choice of complimentary sauces.The popovers were delicious and appreciated the recipe that came with them.a definite place to stop when in Doral area.

Luxurious Hotel with very comfortable rooms and a great golf course available, very attentive staff. The classic style in decoration and atmosphere. American style food with very generous portions and good quality.

Wow! This place is awesome. The grounds are so beautiful and well maintained. The staff treats you so nicely. The golf was absolutely amazing. Everywhere I looked I saw gold. Trump must have designed the remodel. Gold gold gold. The breakfast at the clubhouse was delicious aswell. I will definitely want to come back to this place.

To much hidden charges : parking 24 usd ; resort fee 30 usd which not include valet parking , free water etc. Room and lobby are echoes of past luxury , employees are too pathos. Breakfast for two 75 usd - and there is no fresh vegetables. One of the few advantages is fabulous territory

The most beautiful and pristine golf course we have every played. If you get the chance to play Doral, do it.

Was very disappointed. I expected a lot more from the Trump resort. Overpriced which I can understand being the Trump, but I did not get what I paid for. The rooms were outdated, not very comfortable. And $69 For a breakfast buffet that is comparable to golden corral is not worth it. Was much better when it was run by marriott.

Legendary but was a tad disappointing as there were no real memorable holes where one just gasps! Didn t live upto the hype that is made out! Greens and the course is in great shape though! Bunkers need more sand! I ve played many better spectacularly lovely golf courses in the USA! The rental golf clubs were superb though!

Beautiful grounds and service was impeccable.....and I dont even golf that much. Staff always courteous, greeting with a smile and offering a hand or a ride. Very impressed. Would definitely recommend.

My wife and I stayed at the Doral while I attended a three-day business meeting nearby. The hotel did not live up to its reputation or our expectations. The facilities are run down and appear to be poorly maintained -- right down to unkempt landscaping. The lodge next to ours was being renovated, but that meant exposure to constant noise, dust, and construction debris. Renovations also impacted food service at breakfast, where the hotel was unable to even offer coffee to guests on two mornings. The concierge was inattentive, and the bell staff careless. The hotel also failed to provide the previously-arranged shuttle service to and from the meeting location for our employees -- causing both inconvenience and delay.

If you come only for the golf, you may be satisfied, as the courses were immaculate. If you need to mix business with pleasure, then go where they are better prepared to provide for that.

Amazing place will be going back at least once a year

Staff is awesome! Grounds are pretty but small of you do not golf. Food onsight is terrible! Seriously, I'm not a picky eater but I did not like anything I ate for my 2.5 days. I cant say enough about the staff but the total experience is a bit pricey for what is advertised and the costs associated with the visit.

we only played golf there and paying $275 to play the red tiger course is so not worth it !! course is average and too much noise, construction, shooting range, planes etc

I just came home to Tampa Bay after a 2 night stay at the Trump National Doral. I come down to Miami to have some R&R and I thought I would try the Trump brand before a trip to Las Vegas. Without a doubt this will now be my families go to place while in Miami. Although I did not get to indulge in the amenities because of my short stay and planned itinerary I will say the staff here is exemplary. From the time I was dropped off till I left this morning I knew without a doubt if I needed anything they would be there. I tend to be pretty independent when I travel and only call on help when needed, but it was comforting to know that if I needed assistance they were available. I was greeted with smiles from employees on every level of staff. The room service staff was excellent. I usually take advantage of in room dining because I frequently travel alone and the young men I met were top notch. Ordering was a breeze and arrival was usually estimated at approximately 40 minutes and arriving in 20. The location is beautiful and far enough away yet close to everything. My room although next to the entrance of my villa and housekeeping was quiet. The rooms are well maintained and the beds were extremely comfortable. I've stayed at many luxury properties and the sleep I received was needed. I look forward to visiting Trump Las Vegas and also bringing my family down for a few days of fun at Trump National Doral.

Very good hotel. I always back there when I go to Miami. High prices, but it's fare.

The villas were very nice, but the environment was amazing. The entire place was walled off and had tall trees along the entire perimiter making it so that you felt like you were in a secluded resort not in the middle of Miami. You are treated like a king / queen here.
