Very disappointing customer service.

Very disappointing customer service.
They made an error with my appointment time. I waited over 1 hour. When made a complaint, the front desk person said: "i will go over there and see what is going on" and then she kept serving three other customers while ignoring me. I asked for a manager, and never spoke with that person. The other front desk worker told me that I was scheduled at 2pm not 1:30 (not true) and that there were 4 other people still waiting before me. I had to leave not to miss my other appointment. Came back at 4pm and sill waited 40 min. The experience was really bad. I paid $516 for the diagnostic mammogram and received unprofessional customer service treatment. I would not recommend this place
