Nice ambience. Ok facilities. Very bad electrical systems. Trips every now and then

The place is quite far from NH8. Connecting roads are in poor condition. Went there for corporate team building.

Good place. Decent food. Gone for a wedding. Too far away from South Delhi.

Food and desserts are good. Perfect place for setting up the programs like engagement, birthday party only if distance is not the big concern.

Little distant from the main area but a good place. Maintained well and everything look good.

It was international conference that our college organised, and at lemon tree hotel everything went well dur to their cooperation, facilty was amazing.....food quality was 5 star too. Employees there were well behaved and helping. For a big scale confrence or semimars or any such type of event this facilty is just what we need.

Its a little far from the airport but the hotel is great. The staff, food and rooms are good.

A very beautiful place....the interiors are good..... good place to host any public event.....and the best thing is that, it is a very calm place but a bit off for normal convenience!!(some might face difficulties)

Amazing property, beautiful banquet halls, truly justifies the tag of one being one of the biggest Lemon Tree Properties of the country.. star attraction, the Citrus Cafe - 24 Hour Cafe serving some mouth savoury dishes and marvellous coffee !

Nice place for formal as well as informal functions with a nice embience.

Good service. Meals are a bit boring and repetitive. Comfortable rooms.

Location at a deserted place, otherwise, decent place for conference and indoor big gathering.

This hotel is so isolated it's crazy. If you wanna be isolated the probably should book here . Buffet is not great either.

Worst food quality and diluted drinks served. They were seen mixing whisky in the scotch bottles. Very bad service. Bas naam bade aur darshan sabse chote.

Infrastructure was really nice and impressed with their services

Best way to commute is rapid metro and taxi not advised for travelling to new delhi from lemon tree

Dirty and horrible service. The stay was quite unpleasant.

Very good basic business hotel ....but that's it...don't expect anything more ....the cherry on top of the cake is the staff.

Location is somewhere between the fields nothing around no stores no restaurants nothing gets delivered too. Food in the hotel is bad, stale. Have had a lot of health issues due to the food.

It's in the upcoming regions. Well planned out infrastructure, good companies and residential areas. Lemon tree provides commercial spaces. The picture is from the fifth floor of the building.

Fixed menu in this quarantine but that too not fixed

Lemon Tree Hotel, Sector 60, Gurgaon has proved to be the worst venue to host any kind of events. We hosted a wedding and the behaviour of staff, food quality and organization were completely below any reasonable standards.
1. The foremost concern of the staff including Sumit Mishra (Banquet Head), Vidit Choubey (Asst. Banquet Manager) and Kuldeep (Head Chef) was to irritate and frustrate us at each and every step (Obviously once the advance money was paid).
2. In order to push through their own decorator at the event as they get heavy commissions from him, they said to only give one and a half hour for decoration. And this was communicated just one week before the function.
3. Food Quality: The food lacked taste and the head cook or any other staff member failed to make any tangible efforts to improve it. They argued that they did not have good spices as the vendor is selected by the hotel management and that they will order good spices from other vendor but it appears that it is not spices but the lack of will and cooking ability of the chef and the staff. Village halwais probably cook good than them.
4. Service: Despite promises of good quality service as they claimed to have trained staff the guests were not served even water and they had to repeatedly ask for it. Many guests were refused food even after designated time. They lacked adequate guest to waiter ratio and their waiters lacked courtesy to respond favourably and timely.
5. Venue: As guests were arriving a sewer was overflowing in front of the hotel which had flooded the road where the baraat was stationed. Maybe they lack the acumen that there is a requirement of cleaning not just the hotel premises but also ensure cleanliness around the hotel. Even though this was a perpetual problem as admitted by one of the guards, none of the hotel staff failed to intimate to us that this was the case and caused major embarrassment to us.
So, anyone looking to stay at this venue or host any kind of corporate or social event may be cautioned that this hotel management and staff is only interested in your money and will give you nothing but disappointment in return.

Nice property in the middle of nowhere as of now. The area is under development and you May find deserted roads in evening. Mostly used by British council for conducting ielts etc.

The location was easily available on Google maps and the I had to attend a marriage there and the marriage was decent

Has all the required amenities. But its location is quite far from anything!

Good 3-4 star hotel. But out of Delhi too remote and no way to sit outdoors or shop somewhere or stand up.

Buffet also quite gud, although im not familiar with food.ice cream have a nice taste also , we should try some cake , its too sweet for me.

Large hotel with too little capacity in the restaurant, too few seats. Small pool area with too few sun loungers and few seating.

Horrible, air-conditioning sucks, electricity gets cut off intermittently, although there are generators it gets irritatingly warm. Food is ok.

Value for money.. and the staff is generous n co-operative..

I stayed there on 2 to 3 occasions as of writing this. First: Google Maps navigation takes you to rear of hotel, not to main entrance.
Second: like any other ones in Lemon Tree hotel chain, this one has all those familiar settings and service. Breakfast choices are good, service is quick. In room dining options are bit expensive.
Third: rooms are normal. In toilets they use recycled water.
Overall, good stay here.

Good but in outskirts. Good for gathering and average ceremony
