Pathetic hotel rude staff does not anything who is tying in their hotel

Staff is very polite and helpful. Service is fast. Food is delicious and with verities.

What I liked is their initiative to save the planet trying to keep the usage of water and paper moderate... However their buffet breakfast is absolutely spot on

We were there for dinner and really loved their dinner buffet. The spread was quite good and at a pricing of just 699 Rs it was a steal. The place itself is new and gives a fresh feeling. The quality of both the food as well as the service was immaculate.

The food sucks. Area is bad... Nothing much around.. No toiletries in the rooms.

Nice place for organizing birthday parties or events. Good for corporate meetings too. Humble staff. Well mannered.

Entrance is not clear and is confusing. Rooms are good. Lobby is small. But still, I would highly recommend this hotel mainly for one reason - service by Especially abled or Divyang staff. Hats off for this initiative.

Great place for a reasonable price.. A bit out of city though.. Need to cross whole of new gurgaon to reach the hotel.. Nice rooms.. Breakfast menu is ok tyoes.. Nice view from the rooms.. Staff very friendly and responsive.. All in all a good place for reasonable price..

Very small rooms, not very clean, dirty towels, no shower ... Stairwell is not to use, you can not get out easily.

Awesome staff, humble and generous... I am staying here from more than two months now. The staff is so good that I don't even feel like I am away from home.. I feel so happy when I see all these people, be it management, the front desk or the restaurant chefs and staff,they are so customer centric that they make sure their guest have best time and comfort during the stay.... Just love their hospitality ..
