Nice Hotel, highly professional staff, Food is Excellent

Good ambience and food for seminars, corporate events

Hotel is far away and I found the nearby place unsafe. Its a corporate hotel and very expensive.

Standard rooms and good room service, great spread of breakfast with lot of options including a live dosa/omelette counter and fruits. One deterrent is the location and options around also nearest metro station is about 3+ kms. My corporate booking came with free cab to and from office so was good.. Good spot for short stays. I will definitely try Lemon Tree again in another city.

Nice Hotel. Location is a bit distant from Main city but it is placed in between some fine upcoming residential areas.

Good hotel in budget. Rooms are spacious. Have good variety in breakfast. It's away from the hustle of city.

Room, breakfast and dinner were outstanding. The staff was very friendly.

Rooms are not upto the mark ... It's seems like budget room which is easily available in 1k in some other hotel

Very nice ambience and excellent maintenance. Warming staff and great food. Over all every time my experience at lemon tree is very good. And lemon tree is almost in every corner of each city.

It's little far away from the road and quite difficult to reach there.

The place was good. Very nice convention hall. Breakfast layout and restaurant staff was amazing. Now if you are wondering for a rating, I might have given 1 as well inspite of their hygiene, food quality and lovely toiletries because of unapologetic, unfriendly experience at reception with then guy at duty Mohit at 1 am. He created such a chaos out of nothing, involved us in unnecessary hassel. I understand he is totally a misfit for the job. Created lot of confusion. He was so rude, argumentative, troublesome and unprofessional and was not at all solution oriented. All we wanted was an additional room, which was fairly available, we were ready to pay, yet God knows why he was so weird in his approach. We had to call up our corporate travel desk to sort this out.

Very nice hotel with pool. Breakfast room a bit small. Staff friendly but easily overwhelmed. Often missing plates and cups or butter. Everything was brought on demand. But not personally seen by the staff.

Typical business hotel. No luxury, OK type restaurant and decent staff. Quick Check in and Check Out. Could be more reasonably priced though.

Small rooms and bathrooms. The suitcase should lie on the floor.
The food is not so varied and a little too spicy.
The service is a bit blunt. There were no coffee pieces in the room just a lot of tea. We tried to book this twice. The first time there was only a lot of tea and the second time nothing happened.
Sleep quality is top notch.
This hotel is highly recommended.

The Hotel is excellent places for meetings. Good spacious halls. Good support. The most important thing is that food quality is very good. I had 3 meetings in this hotel and every time I had found the food was excellent.

3 star hotel, located in a quiet place yet not far from the central hub of Gurgaon. It is in golf course extension. They have ample parking. For shops nearby you can visit Paras trinity where you can get almost everything.

The hotel is pretty mediocre however they have an amazing set of staff who are very helpful, they also employ people who are verbally challenged and hearing disabled

Good hotel, I stayed there for 2 nights, good and compact rooms. Housekeeping staff were nice.buffet Food was very good, home style and gym was well equipped. I would like to thank manager Mr. Saurabh for making the stay comfortable and taking my feedback.

Arranged a bday party here. Staff was not on time and not punctual.

Lemon tree offered a decent stay when I visited Delhi in March. I was occupying a suite room which was well maintained, clean and equipped with all that you would expect from a star hotel. I felt that the restaurant was bit of a let down for me as it was a bit small/congested in terms of ambience. The staff was very pleasant and cordial. Overall it was a good experience.

Lemon tree convention Hall is nicely built with all amenities you may need. Though location can feel quite distant from main city as of now. In future metro connectivity will change the situation...

Been there from office party and really enjoyed the ambience.

It is a hotel with very short stays. The bedspread with many spots. Seeing the panorama of many natives was an unimportant question. But I have a picture
